      I hope this works bc i have ibs too and NOTHING helps to get rid of the bloat. Did u do this in the morning or at night??

      @@swiftie.1989. Any time when bloating gets too hard to handle, I just do it and the bloating goes down. U don't have to do it every day just when bloating hurts a lot, 🤗

      @@SayoriMichelle-ks7sc Omg thank you!!! I had a flare up last night and did this and it actually helped! My bloating was way down in the morning. Not sure if it was from the stretches but possibly!

      @@iimarie2504 for me I do it about five - ten minutes after eating breakfast and if I’m not tired I do it again after dinner

    I have the worst bloating during my pregnancy and it hurts to even touch my stomach but I been doing this couple times a times and it does help!

    I have had trouble
    bloating due to a new job that’s nightshift (look 4 months pregnant by the morning) only done it once so not sure what it has done for that but I definitely feel a diffence In my back think this is going to be beneficial to me in more one ways than one 🤞
