  • A short (and different) version of my DIGESTION FLOW workout.♥︎ If you feel bloated - this is gonna be your miracle 5 minutes! This workout helps to relieve bloating & constipation, improve digestion and reduce IBS and stomach pain. You can do this quick session daily in the morning and anytime you want. This one always helps me whenever I feel bloated. Hope it'll help you, too!

    Juste un petit détail quand on fait du sport on se met à l aise on attache ses cheveux et on porte un short dans lequel on n est pas obligé De le rabaisser à chaque exercice 😊
