So just handing my card to the cashier and having him swipe it could prevent theft of my benefits?? Wouldn't I still be entering my pin # regardless? I don't get it.

My entire month of SNAP benefits were stolen. I still have my card so they must have used a skimmer or computer. DPSS did nothing to help me. I got the run around and different answers from everybody. I was told if I wanted to continue trying to get my benefits back it would take several months. It really screwed things up for my family. That was 3 months ago and still nothing has happened. I ended up reporting my card stolen/lost and changed the security. Changing the security code every month is the safest way to use your card. Be safe!✌🏼🌞☺️😾
