    I am a type 2 diabetic and went to a raw low fat high carb diet after more than 21 years of out of control blood sugars and I am keeping my sugars in the 80s and 90s and have been for years now. After 2 weeks or so my sugars went from 250 plus to the 80s. This happened 10 years ago and I am doing great! Watermelon is my friend as is all fruit. I eat anywhere from 300 to 800 grams of carbs a day. My fats are at 8% or lower most days.

    There is no way I can afford to buy as much fruit as you show., I have read the book twice. It is so very complicated...how do you eat grains that are not processed, just chew on grain?? The coaching is VERY EXPENSIVE.

    I'm eating a lot of fruit and vegetables. Raw fruit and vegetables are low in calorie density. I eat at least two to three pounds of fruit and at least a pound if not two pounds of vegetables a day. I can sit down and eat four pieces of fruit for breakfast. I'm slowly gaining weight on this program. I want to gain the back the seven pounds tha I lost last fall and winter. I'm still working the breakfast portion of the book.

    Robby is saying it is NOT THE SUGAR (FRUITS)🙄.... It is the over excess consumption of FATS. Get it!

    What is the fate of fructose in fruits? Is it converted to fat in the liver? And does the inclusion of fruit increase insulin requirements over time?

    I am reversing insulin resistance by following your principles along with time-restricted feeding window of 2-4 hrs as well as daily exercise and resistance training. My ?: What is the insulin consequence of grazing vs. OMAD? Is one better than the other for losing weight? I still have about 40 pounds to lose.
