All my food today came to 2088 calories, which is above my daily goal of 1600-1850 calories. My percentage of fat today was 4% and I am satisfied and very happy about the 4%. I worked hard in planning my food today, but I achieved it. I was just trying to keep it below 15%. A lot of fruit, persimmons, papaya and dragon fruit. Red potatoes, corn, beans. Will see how tomorrow turns out.

When ever I eat meat and leafy greens my sugar is about 130 , when I eat carbs my sugar goes to 300 it goes though the roof , so I don't understand what your saying
For some odd reason when you were live I couldn't comment. Type 2 not taking prescribed medication. Have a pancreas support from common sense herbs and sea moss with bladderwrack and burdock root. Also taking 2000 mg vitamin c a day and 455mg cayenne in pill form twice a day
I'm pre diabetes and don't want to get on meds. I've been watching your videos and are helpful. I'm in a tight budget, do I really need to buy your Book? Thx.
I'm so glad to have ordered this book. My morning sugar is down about 14 points after 2 weeks. I'm pre-diabetic so this really matters.
