Do you advocate taking a B12 supplement or eating fortified foods
Lots of whys. I will try to summarize. Life has been challenging for me. Luckily nothing devastating so I've always found ways to overcome. But the weight thing has always gotten me. Through my work in the cardiac cath lab I found a CEU that the presenter sent me down this knuckerhole landed me in the whole food plant based world but through the angle of metabolic health hence locating your team. I have had a pain syndrome that debilitates me at times. I dont want to have mobility issues anymore so I may see grandchildren from my kids and be able to play with them at the park. I dont want the diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and strokes everyone else in my family have that have been thin their whole lives. I've embraced being the enomoly so lets gain our health!
