I love it. This is exactly what we've been asking for since 2019. I'm loving all the upgrades. It's like a Glock 48 with the 15 round Shield Arm mags straight from Springfield and provides some advantages over the P365xl too so it's not going to saturate the market even more.
I didn't care much for the original hellcat. I got lucky and found out about these early and bought one the day they were released. So far, it's a game changer. I can honestly say, I think this is the perfect carry gun
I bought a Hellcat Pro today. I love it. Feels great and is very nice shooter. I'm probably gonna carry it daily after making sure it is 100%. I want to fire at least 1000 rounds before it's my EDC pistol. Fits perfect in my Mitch Rosen Glock 43x isw holster
Congratulations. I too bought the Hellcat Pro. If I shoot well with it, it will replace my Glock 19 as my everyday carry. My main consideration was the smaller size for inside the waistband concealment.
@@Asidebar thanks for the answer. I bought a perfectly fit holster from Ali express. Chinese made but fits the Hellcat Pro like a glove. Won't trust it to carry with one in the champers though
I’m looking down my list of new videos that dropped this morning and I have 8 channels reviewing the Hellcat Pro. I’m starting with yours. Best Regards
I love the Hellcat Pro and will be getting one as soon as it's released in FDE to match my Hellcat. I think this Pro is a better comparison to the M&P m2.0 3.6"barrel 15 round pistol.
Got one on order. Picked up a G48, ordered SA-15 mags and release. I felt like I had the perfect carry gun. The SA-15 mags proved unreliable and back to the 10 round mags I went. This hits that sweet spot of capacity and size from the factory. I truly can't think of a way it needs improvement. I have an XDM 10mm and have been very impressed with it, so I have no doubt the Hellcat Pro will be a well made pistol. Now I just have to be patient.
I have been looking and looking for my next EDC, I have considered many variants in micro and compact pistols. Some reasonably priced, some way too expensive. Now seems like Springfield have been seriously working on what people are really looking for and Springfield may have just filled an interesting market on this one. Sir, you may have just done a review on my next EDC. Well done as always, you certainly got me sold on this one. Thank you for sharing.
I’ll stick with my p365 with the 12 round mag converted to 14 rounds with the magguts kit for 15 total rounds with a heck of a lot more conceal ability
From what I've researched alot of ppl prefer the Holosun over the wasp. Honestly I feel the best option will overall depend on the owner. I'm new to optics so I'm ordering the wasp for now since it fits the hellcat perfectly, Then I'll test Holosun later
Wasp has had issues with the dot staying in the lens. You may want to research that before making your final decision. Until they work that out, I’m sticking with the 507k.
I know this is an old comment, but if you haven’t gotten a red dot yet. Looking into swampfox sentinel. It a beautiful little red dot for around $200. Holosun right now is $300. Holosun is a great option though if you don’t mind spending the extra money.
16 rounds in a pistol that is an inch thick and lighter than some phones I’ve had, the hellcat pro is the best option for concealed carry out right now.
@@KN-op3et Yep, important to state this, give credit where credit’s due. Springfield didn’t “do” or “design” anything, although perhaps the new variations of the H11 pistol, the RDP and Pro, were with SA input
smith just announced the m and p 3.6 optic ready 15 rounds forged stainless slide and barrel With a manual safety available msrp $665.00 . not seeing where this gun can compete
The thinness of the Hellcat Pro is its advantage when comparing to the thicker slide of the M&P. Think a better comparison is to the 365 XL, Glock 48 and 4” Shield Plus. However, I think the 3.6 2.0 OR is great, minus the manual safety. Just feels like apples to oranges.
@@Asidebar Thanks for in-depth opinion. I have 7 Springfield handguns and 5 Smiths. I’m not super hardcore Smith & Wesson. I have a Shield, Shield Plus and the original Hellcat. I like all of them and I’m sure I’ll really like the Hellcat Pro.
Would this be a good EDC option for a lady? I've heard the G19 is a common one for women, but I'm pretty small as far as my body type goes, so IDK if I could get away with that one. I've also heard that the slide on the Hellcat is difficult to rack. Just how difficult is it compared to, say, a SCCY CPX-1 (the gun I've had the most trouble with in that department to date)?
@@demetriushudson1712 I know that it's smaller, but it's also a bit longer. That, and the slide may not be that easy to manipulate. For reference, I've trained with a Ruger Security-9 (about the same size as--if not a bit smaller than--the G19) and have had no real issues manipulating the controls. I have heard that some carry it as well.

with similar amounts of practice, i shoot the p365 better than the h11. Shame, because from a just design perspective, the HC/H11 is better (dimensions, ergonomics, extra round, etc)

This does 'appear to offer something that others don't. Thanks for the video.
I love everything the Hellcat Pro has that the Glock 19 don’t! I’ll be getting one and if they release an FDE later I’ll get trade it in for that!

I need the web site to buy the holster. If u can put it on the description pls !
Wonder if they addressed the firing pin/Striker problems the first little "cat had?
Some of those were breaking just from dry firing.
I was aware of such a firing pin problem with the earliest p365s, never heard of any similar problem for the H11/HC
Nice looking gun

In my opinion, this completely trumps the 43x.no need for after market anything.15 rd factory mags out the box
I just don't understand this new optics trend with concealed/carry pistols...
Have you used a pistol with an optic?
Same,I like optics for range toys/hunting but feel they are unnecessary for self defense and makes pistol less concealable
I'd say it looks like their going after the Sig p365xl.
Glock beat them all when they released the 48 In 2019. It seems like they are playing catch-up.
