After riding the bigger more powerful bike, what made you decide to get a Sur Ron? Just wondering. Also, do you carry pew pew while riding? I usually ride alone and have startled elk and deer on my Sur Ron. It's a matter of time that I will come across a big cat. I am not a gun owner but considering changing that just in case.
probably hard to answer here. My go-to is mostly the ebeast. However the sur-ron is just so easy to toss around. I can load it without ramps, I can throw it in the truck bed if we go camping. My teenage kids ride it, it's a lot easier to manuever if you are new. etc etc I think for it to compare to ebeast, you really have to invest another 4k and at that point you could be 4k for a stock ebeast, and 8k for a modded sur-ron. They both have strengths in certain things. I don't plan on doing many mods to the sur-ron, maybe a bigger rear sprocket

I have a surron x and surron ultra bee just came in and love it. Im debating on whether to sell the x and get a nicot e beast or admit jet to better compare to ultra bee. After getting the ultra its hard to ride the x. What would you recommend? My main concern with the lesser known Chinese bikes is reliability and battery life. How does yours compare and what do you think?
I think you will have a larger community with the Ultra Bee compared to the ebeast. Hard to say what I would do different, but I do like the specs on the Ultra Bee
