Building built the world's fastest Electric snow bike from a Timbersled Riot 3 like snow bike kit from the surronshop.com! Required some heavy modification. The electric dirt bike snow bike absolutely rips at roughly 50+mph wide open on the 72V MAX Chi Battery Systems Upgraded battery. A Karen was mad we were ripping up the snow and called the cops on us for ripping. Luckily when the police showed up he was cool and let us go since it was electric. To push that I used the BAC4000 Controller to max out the power of this Sur Ron e bike! Next step is to attempt a water skip and tune the power output to hopefully get this electric Sur Ron X snow bike up to 70-100mph changing the tune and gearing! Been looking at these, seems it could use a limiting strap like snowmobiles use to keep the front of the rails from diving in a wheelie/in air.

The Alta would be bad ass with a track on it because it's got alot of power . The surron is lacking alot of power for the snow.

Been wanting to grab one for 2 yrs now... I think this would be the better one of snow kits out there.. I saw 3 for Surron.. Whats cool is you can get one of them black sleds and mount wood braces and stick extra batteries in it and pull it to a off grid location and have plenty of power for all Day Fun!!..

I thought it was an in teresting build but being from an are of avid snowmobiling and rider your track sounds like its not aligned properly or to loose i track should not be so noisy sounds like the cogs or cleat's rubbing. not bashing just being observative. cool mix to this EV thanks!!!

Battery needs some foam insulation with a light heating pad
keep the battery warm, until it’s time to go. The huge power requirements to turn the track will keep itself warm during operation.

Really you haven't seen anyone use that its the first tracks that came out for sur ron and was all over RUclips a year and more ago.
Besides you need to upgrade your motor.

How long of a rip do you get snow eats fuel can’t imagine battery being any better besides having instant torque. Might as well have charge stations for sleds on the trails. now that would be good for the environment.
