You can always protest your inner tubes in some water once you determine there's no air bubbles coming from them install them in the tires and then once they're installed in the tires and the tires are on the rims fill them up make sure you didn't puncture the inner tubes then install them on the bike otherwise you'll have to take him back off again

dude i just found this video and since i ride an electric fat bike but i never thought in canada a sur ron could with stand the cold weather? my father was a dirtbike manic on his honda 750 but my electric fat bike bike has a great winter fun with the feeling of riding a dirtbike . dang this is my first time seeing anyone talk about a sur ron in many ways . nice bike but would it handle minus 30 weather
Get you some rim tape and eliminate that tube altogether. Why more people dont do this idk but it can be done with almost all MTB and Smaller bike rims.
They sell on off switch s for the lights that are easy peazy to install it runs in line with the stock harness and you mount the switch on your bars and the switch's light up

Battery pack made from Samsung 40T cells, 35 amps max discharge, so 10 in series would give you 350 amps discharge.... Daly BMS, about the best you can on the market IMO.

Ive been looking everywhere for a surron front tire.. I have no idea what size to get. I have that same rim in the front. J19x1.4 dot.. What size is that enduro trials tire? 19x???. a link would be amazing.. Its the 1.4 thats throwin me off. All the tires im seeing on amazon and everywhere look way too wide for that skinny rim. supposedly 100/70-19 is the stock size but 100mm is like 3.9 inches and my forks are 100mm exactly. so if i get a tire thats the exact size of my forks then ill be rubbing 24/7 on BOTH forks... ny help would be awesome!
I would add that Sur Ron needs to improve the headset bearings, as they are junk and go bad very fast. the head tube should be capable of accepting a more robust bearing design, like that of a dirt bike ... and the Sur Ron needs this upgrade for sure.
I think the thru axle deal is a design flaw. Read reports of many many people losing front wheels. I had it happen last week. Mid ride noticed clunking. Saw the byways missing and the 4 clamping bolts all loose w one missing. I cranked them all tight when I got the bike and a week later my front wheels is almost fallin off
I had excel takasago rims laced on the stock drilled out hubs from woodys wheel works so you can run real dirtbike tires with low pressure i went with 18/21 with a fox 40 mtb fork or you could save some money and get the bomber 58 those 2 changes make a huge difference then i went with the BAC 8000 and lite speed 72v 32ah battery it’s a totally different animal still waiting on my float x2 rear shock

That light you put on was so jumpy and you was only on grass. The original one stays on strong and won't bounce. Also original one is wider view. It would be good to a new cable that allows it to be turned off.
Im in cheektowaga, where offroad vehicles have been outlawed, but honestly nobody even notices the little surron. And so far cops dont care about roadside use.
Im 15 been saving my money for one of these bikes for a few months i got about 1100 so far getting closer i guess

Always turn on the water prior to starting your pressure washer! Trust me, it will save you a pump rebuild.

Dont know if u did this yet but i have a intense Tazer Emtb and tubeless tires are amazing if u haven’t got them in recommend them.

Love those tyres....The first 5 i upgraded on Sur Ron was front forks, headset, handlebar, rear coil and brakes....after that my wallet needed a rest.
