@MegaCam321 You first have to use an external ROM modifier called Pokesav to add movie Celebi (not ordinary celebi but the Japanese movie promotion Celebi) into your party. You can google this and the best intructions on how to do that is available on one of the emuforums. Then open the Transfer Machine Link using the secret password: みんな ハッピー かんたん つうしん with the scientist that asks qns in Hiun City. Put movie Celebi as your first pokemon in your party than talk to the silent boy to get Zorua.
