A Beginner Trying Out ND Filters for DJI Osmo Pocket 3 : 4K 24FPS

Are those Filters that narrow, that it's possible to turn off osmo pocket 3 and the gimbal will close completely?

I thought when you setting mic with noice cancelling, make you noice so bad, but zero noice. But if not use noice cancelling its good audio but more noice . Just my opinion
