    1)Early morning physical activity - khali pet recommended
    2)Increase your protein intake- use whole beans like rajma chane beans with less aloo
    3)Eat SME calories everyday . Eat same diet daily to get a reference level.
    4)Reduce your sugar intake. Fruits also have sugars even though they are healthy .In case of tea use stevia
    5)Change your cooking oil . Don't use refined , desi ghee. Use coconut oil or olive oil.
    6)No packed food. Strictly eat home food only.
    7)Small meals but more number of meals.
    8)Restrict your food intake to 12 hrs .

    First of all ur raspberry is very cute adorable 😙😙 nd ur wife is very understanding nd supportive and u r very hard working and dedicated prsn. ...I really liked ur tips same i strictly follow and trust me it gives results specially fasting one I don't eat at night or after 6pm. ...no weakness at all. .. pls make a video on workout and diet for females 😋

    Hi Gaurav, let me know if running on the road could cause injury in the knee. I run daily 10 km. My friends have been recommending to not run on the road as i may start feel injury at later stage of my life. Kindly recommend

    Fasted cardio wala fundaa sabse achhaa hai.
    I do 200 reps of jumping squats. No need to go for jogs or running.
    Lost 3 kgs in one week.

    Appreciate you hard work but I disagree with eating small meals a day. Eating regularly causing a spike in insulin and whenever there is high insulin you can never tap into your fat cells.

    I lost 6 kg in one month .. But there are many change in my daily routine which have implement ...
    1. Calorie deficit (reduce any kind of food except ... egg whites/ Paneer/ Black coffee/ steamed vegies )
    Morning empty stomach 1 black coffee without sugar than park jogging and some extra exercises in short 1 hour Park work out. Whole day no sugar no salt
    Brakefast - 1 whole grain bread (no butter) , 2 whole eggs, half glass toned milk or black cofee
    11.00 - 1 apple or poha
    12.30 - salad 1 small lunch box
    1.15 - lunch 1 chapati , 2 egg whites, one bowl any daal/rajma/chole (avoid potato)
    5.00 some almonds and walnuts and 1 orange
    9.30 dinner --- 4 egg whites and 1 bowl of steamed vegs - carrot, cauliflower, chukunder, broccoli.
    In short bhai agar kuch achieve kerna hai toh sacrifices toh kerne padenge... Remember NO SALT and NO SUGAR...

      Abe bhai .. Kab se fitness ki videos dekh rha hai.... Salt and Sugar bilkul chorne ke baad pata hai kya hota hai... Bhai water deplete... Aur haan sugar toh me waise bata rha hoon lekin salt band kerne se water deplete hota hai and morning me empty stomach caffeine lene se video's check le bhai kya hota hai.... Bhai aur sirf 1 mahine me 6 kg aise hi kam nahi hua bhai mehnat kerni padti hai ... baaki jo samjhna hai samajh le bhai mene kisi ki advertisement ke liye nahi comment nahi daala tha.

      Bro I have them, I applied vitamin A cream ( tretin 0.05 %) I got reduced drastically just in one month ,
      But I had fresh stretch marks if they are old they might longer time ( provided they are still risen upwards , if they have become white then nothing can happen )
      I received a result so I suggest you this !

    I want to ask that if i go to gym at 6:30 in the morning then i need to fast from 6:30 pm, if I fast from 6:30 pm then in the morning while going to gym i need go eat something like a fruit then my fast would be broken and also before 6:30 pm in the evening i need to eat something which feels my stomach comfortably ?

    Any oil ya'll use keep it to 2 tablespoons per dish max any extra spoon ill add another 150 calories this helped me a lot

    Hi Gaurav, u explain so nicely. Be it ur airline videos or fitness videos.
    Just one doubt.. u said potato intake is not good. But potato has no inherent fat. Would that mean we can have only boiled potato slices (2-3 per day) with rock salt. Stressing on potatoes, as it's filling food and also easy to prepare for office people
