Would that mean we can have only boiled potato slices (2-3 per day) with rock salt. Stressing on potatoes, as it's filling food and also easy to prepare for office people
I understood intermittent fasting but the problem is i am underweight and skinny so for energy my body will use the stored fats i think which is not good for skinny people who wants to gain weight
