Gaurav... You are the best and most trustworthy fitness expert I have seen online. The biggest confusion for me so many English channels talking about grassfed butter, pasture-raised eggs, electrolytes etc to be in ketosis. We don't get all these in India. Also can we have 3 meals a day as many are stressing on having OMAD and IF, extended fasting, liquid diets etc. Can you please talk more on this or reply to this message. Would really help me start my weightloss journey.

He is not talking about ketogenic diet here. He is talking about atkins diet. He told 220 gms of protein and 95 gms of fat. The protein mentioned here is twice that of fats. This is high protein and high fat diet. The goal here is to not spike insulin. High protein spikes insulin. So for ketogenic diet do 70% fat, 25% protein and 5% carbs. Eat lots of vegetables( at least 400-500 gm per day) .If you don't eat vegetables you may undergo constipation on keto. Take some electrolytes. Add some B complex and a mineral tablet
Brother i respect you and love you, but there is an error in your information regarding new cell formation, our skeletal muscle is a fixed amount/number, by doing exercise and diet we just make the muscle hypertrophy(increasing in size individually) not increase the number, actually its not possible as skeletal muscle is unable to replicate...

Hi Gaurav, awesome job buddy, not just the content but the way you present it. More I watch your video, more i like it and want to watch more :-) kudos to you. Anyways, question for you - I have been working out for 2yrs and following LCD since 1+ year. I have got good results and almost anytime may get to see my abs :-) but the last layer of fat...question is, in the gym for some initial sets I could only lift (even after warm up sets) less weight that's for first 2 working sets. As I train in hivt- more volume for some exercise I perform 5-7sets. Next 4-5 sets I could easily do higher weights or more reps than first 2. Ideally they say you could perform less reps/weight in last sets. I seem to be exception. Will you be able to tell if this is ok and do I need to fix it, if so how? What if I eat whole egg 4 times 6 each-24eggs to cover 100 gm fat and to cover 168 protein requirement?(remaining 70gm protein from other source)
My question is those 100 gm fat is good enough or excessive egg yolk is not good during fat loss or during keto diet?

Sir you have taken wrong macros for keto diet. You have taken High Protein instead of High Fat which is primary key factor in keto diet.

ravinder singh bcoz creatine some time increase DHT level which is a made from testosterone..and this increase ed DHT weaken the hair follicles ..and if u have man bald pattern then creatine may aggrivate the condition
