      What a fool, how will you enter keto with 1-1.5g/lbs protein... That much protein will be converted to glucose anyway.... It'll be just a low carb diet

    hello, very good information, keto works like magic, i am on keto from 1st feb 2017, this is the game of food only, you have to change your lifestyle of eating, its not easy but its very usefull, m very happy in keto... i create my own meals, only food no whey no bcaa nothing only food, keto is not only for fat loose, its help many way, its change ur life...

    5 % carbs
    25 % protein
    70 % fats
    Not too much protein

    Gaurav... You are the best and most trustworthy fitness expert I have seen online. The biggest confusion for me so many English channels talking about grassfed butter, pasture-raised eggs, electrolytes etc to be in ketosis. We don't get all these in India. Also can we have 3 meals a day as many are stressing on having OMAD and IF, extended fasting, liquid diets etc. Can you please talk more on this or reply to this message. Would really help me start my weightloss journey.

    He is not talking about ketogenic diet here. He is talking about atkins diet. He told 220 gms of protein and 95 gms of fat. The protein mentioned here is twice that of fats. This is high protein and high fat diet. The goal here is to not spike insulin. High protein spikes insulin.
    So for ketogenic diet do 70% fat, 25% protein and 5% carbs. Eat lots of vegetables( at least 400-500 gm per day) .If you don't eat vegetables you may undergo constipation on keto. Take some electrolytes.
    Add some B complex and a mineral tablet

You said it contains a lot of fat so ek solution hai Soya pulao khaaon usme complex carbs, protein ,fat etc wagera milega

    Brother i respect you and love you, but there is an error in your information regarding new cell formation, our skeletal muscle is a fixed amount/number, by doing exercise and diet we just make the muscle hypertrophy(increasing in size individually) not increase the number, actually its not possible as skeletal muscle is unable to replicate...

    Gaurav bhai I am following your info since long even before subscribing but it's just now I realized that I have seen you in one of the basement gyms in Janak Puri. GymX. Those days you left that gym because you wanted dumbbells up-to 50 kilos pair and that gym had up-to 35 kilos Max.
    .. lolz... but I am so surprised and amused at the fact. Very nice info Sir. So happy to realize that I have seen you in personal. Working out. But back those days you used to be serious whereas in videos you are amazing. By the way I was an instructor too there. Whatever it is. I enjoy watching your videos and wish you all the very best for your upcoming fitness career.

    Hi Gaurav hi.. this video really helped....you rock like always... I was weighing 109 with your calculations and keto diet I came to 97 .. I finished my 4th week today of keto... But my weight goal is 90 kg. Yes I building my muscles too.. so now I will be coming out of keto tomorrow by introducing carbs in in day time... What can be done to loose weight more after keto diet please suggest will wait for it ...

    I'm a male, 20 years. Want to lose fat and preserve the muscle mass. From this video, i'm pretty clear on the Amount of fat and protein required. But how many calories should i eat? Height: 190cm Weight: 94kg Body Fat: 24% was taking about 2200 kcal to maintain this weight. Thanks in advance🤩

    Hi gaurav sir... thanks for your detail clerification about krto diet...I started my krto on 3rd Nov 2017and end on 13th December 2017 really amazing diet sir...I lost 7kg ...but I have one problem from last two days ...I followed your instructions to get out of krto diet ..but I am Facing one problem - my weight is increasing fastly within 3days 1kg gain please guide me sir how can I maintain....     What if I eat whole egg 4 times 6 each-24eggs to cover 100 gm fat and to cover 168 protein requirement?(remaining 70gm protein from other source)
    My question is those 100 gm fat is good enough or excessive egg yolk is not good during fat loss or during keto diet?
