Hi gaurav, just a bit of disagreement here, I thought when body is at fasting or empty pre workout and at the time of workout the energy is provided by stored fat rather than protein? ( as body is empty/fasting so no protein intake). Please correct me if I am wrong I am just looking for information and you are one of the best source but wasn’t sure working out while fasting.
@@IgamesPlay-rk9bt that's what he told i think. the muscles will get the required glucose by the conversion of stored fats into glucose. Correct me please if I misunderstood something.

I have been watching your videos...but now you have a fan and a subscriber. If you are this CLEAR and ACCURATE in your understanding of glucose metabolism etc, you know all your shit inside out. I have done keto in the past and lost 4 kgs. I watch a metric shit ton of bodybuilding channels..including Indian ones. Yours is the best Indian channel by far. Baki channels bakwas aur misinformation phehla rahe hain. Thank you so much. btw, one small correction- its pronounced gluco"neo"genesis...not gluconogenesis. I went on keto for 6 months , REDUCED 20 KG in the process... i felt very good about myself, My mood was always high and i seldom get tired.... by my triglycerides were charged to 400+ ..... i am on a balanced diet. My advice goes for keto for 30 days max at a stretch then go for normal diet for 15 days again with cardio more then 20 mins... the repeate to cycle

Ketogenic diet is a great diet.. But being a vegetarian, protiens deficiency can occur . I experienced twice and failed because i could not repeat paneer, eggs as my main meal. This is only and main proteins rich food. Others are also there like proteins powder, lentils,but it may spike insulin. So basically point is for vegetarian keto lifestyle is difficult. Temporarily was ok.

it's like you can have 2 full egg yolks if having 2 full eggs. the quantities goes down as you increase whites , so it becomes 3 full egg whites 1and a half yellow. The main reason is testosterone is made from fat, good fats like fish oil egg yolk, so have egg yolk not much don't exceed 2 full egg yolks in a day
but bro, 2 things: 1) When new research says : earlier belief reg yolks have CHOLESTEROL is wrong, why not eat more ?? & 2) Why eat yolks for cholesterol, as there are other good fat options too like nuts, cashews etc
+bunts a whole egg has a nutritional value of 1 that means whatever our body needs is available in 1 whole egg . Thus when you increase quantity there are some things your body doesn't need extra that is cholesterol etc so eat it not more than specified quantities. as my specialisation is sports diet don't eat more than 2-3 egg yolks a day

Unfortunately you say things which doesn’t make sense to lay man, there is no you tube channel which makes things easy, I am sure you can, I will explain why people gain weight it’s solely because they love food and no activity, is there a way to love food and make better choices and stay healthy life time, by this means a constant weight management with bit of work out and bit of health.

Bro follow weight training +cardio 6 days a week and stay on 300 calorie deficit for 1 month then stay on 500 calorie deficit and that's all you need to do for losing weight or fat no matter it 30kg or 50kg more just start.
