my nana was a pure vegetarian and i remember that he used to drink cups of ghee in a day and at the age of 75 he was able to lift weights like bags of wheat grains etc because he was a farmer ...these bags were so heavy ..but he lifted like its just a handfull.and also his weight never goes up to 65 kg in his whole life ...puraane logo ki baat hi alag thiii
Ghee just can't be the secret of his longevity. His active lifestyle and no smoking/drinking must have played a role. Ghee does have good fats but has to be taken in moderation. Drinking cups of ghee could be little exaggeration but I do understand your point.

Nice informative vdo. You can find black turtle beans in tonnes in Uttarakhand. Its one of there favorite receipe known as Bhatt ki daal. Very delicious and have iron like flavour. Very unique

Gaurav bhai black bean India mein Uttrakhand mein milta hai, bhot sasta and log khate hain. Ask any pahadi uttrakhand person, we call it bhatt. Hope u see it and find it useful. Aur the best part is it is pure organic coz people in uttrakhand are not rich enough to use injections so we jus grow it in our farms organically. And it tastes damn good. My favourite dish from Uttrakhand cuisine.

Gaurav bhai mera maana ye hai ki, agar koi banda vegtrn hai tho uske lye bodybuilding for good phsquie ye tough hogi, ye process unlogo k liye hai jo boht serious hai aur wo sirf bodybuilding se jude hai, ye normal log jo job karte hai unke liye impossible hoga physlogically, kyu ki boht sari cheeze jodni padti hai daily requirement ki jo nutrition hai use match karne k liye, boht sare log iss hetic se shayad process quit karde, aur ye jo vegtrn diet hai shayad fat loss k liye kaam na aaye, kyu ki hum beans se, oats, quinoa se protein ki quantity na match karpaye kyu ko mostly ye carb food hai, aur jo banda fat loss karna chahata hai use isse koi use na hoga, agar hum daily calorie requirement k hisab se b jaye tho phir protein ka locha ho sakta hai
Mai b ek vegetarian hu, aur I weighted 98kgs , mera goal ye hai ki mai mai fat loss karke ek achi phsquie banau, as usal maine b vegtrn diet se shuru kiya tha , aur jaise jaise aage badte gaya mujhe nutrition ki samaj aane lagi, phir maine eggs consume karne shuru kiya, I use whey protein, carbs kam diye thode, kitna b karke meri protein 80grm se jyada nai milrahi hai, I weighs now 90kgs , nd I am not able to improve my results because of protein deficit, so now decided to go for Non veg sources such as chicken, and fish soon to improve my results,
Mai ye sab bata kar kisi ko confuse nahi kar raha, it's only depend upon how madly u wants to do it, if u want at any cost u have to do it for u dream or goal
To conclude in a simple way , vegetarian diet is only for those who are born for only bodybuilding, it's costly, time consuming, not for average people
Whereas
Non veg diet, can prepared fast, complete source of protein, less cost compare to vegtian diet, any person can adjust to it,

Gaurav bhai you were talking about naming atleast 10-15 athletes who are vegetarian on the professional stage right. You never mentioned the role of PEDs and anabolic steroids on the pro stage. I think it's not because vegetarian or vegan foods are incomplete protein, that people choose a meat based diet. I think it's because those same 1000 bodybuilders you took as an example do not consider referring to studies or science in case of ill effects of eating meat and consuming animal products. Research is the key to knowing that plant based protein is good enough with proper adjustment to achieve the necessary amino acid profile even for competing on the pro stage.

Sir, I follow your channel and I really appreciate you giving insights on bodybuilding. I've been working out since almost 4 yrs now I was 54 kilos now I weigh 70. I decided to gain since two months I'm not a professional so I started off with 10 eggs and 2 scoops of whey as my protein source per day. I'm a vegetarian and I started noticing I've ulcers in my mouth and anus burns when I pass stools. I didn't find any article on internet to resolve this. I was hoping you could cover this topic how to cool off body when eating so many eggs. I had to cut down eggs though I gained more than a kilo in less than a month. Hoping you'd help.
