    In limited way according to your Body weight and height And daily workout .

    * Sattu (a powder :- take with water)
    * Kinuwa , looks like cholai ka laddu
    * Peanut butter with brown bread
    * Whey protein made from curd water, according to workout, body weight, height.

    And eat salads and fruits too with 2 meals of day .

    Thank you very much for this video as I am a recently turned vegetarian and I am facing a lot of difficulty in gaining muscles now. Before I used to go to gym and right after comming from gym used to eat 3-4 eggs and I used to grow like hell. And now every thing is so slow and not gaing muscles. But this video definitely helped.

      Chheda Muscle the time to get to 1m doesn't matter.what matters is what you do for your followers.Guru Mann gives only the information what we want to know and mostly keeps the black information hidden. Tarun Anwers the questions what we have in the back of our mind, he clearly says work out videos are in huge quantity he is telling what no one will tell you, it's his style it's his freedom of expression. Gaurav is in between guru Mann and tarun he is perfectly telling us what we need to know. And tarun Gill is highly more connected and commercial with international bodybuilders than gm and Gaurav no one can deny that. All of them are doing what they want to do.Its what the our peers have said the road the matter the destination matters and the destination is Tarun got Kai Greene in his show what no one from these 2 have done.

    you can achieve a complete amino acid profile from a plant based diet. You have to understand supplementary action of protein. Say, plant source 1 is deficient in amino acid a, plant source 2 is deficient in amino acid b, but plant source 1 has amino acid b and vice versa. Take them both in a 24 hour period you get a complete amino acid profile. Soya is a complete source of protein. The bio availability difference that is talked about is very less maybe 2-3%.
    i wouldn't disagree with it being relatively not easy as compared to consuming animal products, but it is not a mountain to be pushed. Whole food plant based diet promotes compassion, goodness to other beings, is more healthier. So, you are gaining lot more than just muscles from a vegan lifestyle.

    Ppl giving example of great Varinder Ghuman,a 2kg whey protien box cost about 4000-5000Rs Varinder Ghuman consumes 1/2 kg whey daily that means 15 kg/month that is about 8 boxes of protien which costs about 8×4000-5000=32,000-40,000Rs/month which cost about 3.5 lakh-4.8 lakh/year I don't think lots of ppl have that kind of budget also we didn't even add the normal food,gym costs,etc in this.
    Also you can't compare a great body builder,genetic freak and nature's exception to normal vegetarians.

    I am a vegetarian diet follower and it takes triple efforts to get same effect as non vegetarian bb. But good news is vegetarians still gain muscle like others but bad news is they gain very slow.

      Bhai mai bhi vegetarian hu h my weight is 82 kg n height 6' n... I hve 16" arm n my target is 18". Vegan bhi ek level tak jaa sakte h natural without steroid ye sab Weham h k body ni bannti ek level tak Araam se jasati h vegn m bhi:-):-).bhai options bhi jada h non veg se:-D

    horse elephant buffalo are vegetarian...how do they maintain so much muscle?

      they don't have brains as much developed as humans and require less energy to function their brains. They have different mechanism inside their body. They can even extract protein from grass but for humans grass is just fiber.

      Animals eat insanely large amounts of plants,and their digestive systems are different from humans. Bulls have massive muscles,but they also have 2 stomachs. A small 2 ounce piece of meat, has more protein than a pound of greens.
