    Gaurav Sir...Beginners believe biceps and triceps are the only muscles they should train as these are mirror muscles....Even in my gym I see everyday they keep on training arms daily....They are not at all focusing on legs and other muscle groups

    Sir i was willing to know that after morning workout when the body is pumped then why does the pump in the muscles disappear after taking a cold bath, the muscle literally comes to its original form after a bath and just becomes flat so please guide regarding this topic.

    But ek din m heavy gya 20 25
    Usse na m conction bna paya na pump hui or upar se mere four arm mri chest se jyada tight hogaye
