@@superstylishnamrata8359 I would suggest to consult a good doctor before starting this diet. Vegan diet needs to be well planned or else you will get deficiencies. Also Vitamin b12 and K2 are the key factors here and cannot be ignored. I eat lot of vegetables and fruits nuts and seeds and also taking plant protien supplement. So I am very comfortable in this diet since I make sure I am getting all the nutrients. Please consult a doctor in my opinion.

Though I do agree that it's possible with a vegetarian diet, it takes 10 times more effort. Not only do you have to plan much more efficiently, the amount of calories you need to eat to get enough protein in a vegetarian diet is so much more. For example, 120 calories of dal = 8g of protein (and 20+g of carbs) 120 calories of paneer = 8.2g of protein (paneer is calorie dense and you will most likely eat more calories than you wanted) 120 calories of chole = 6.7g of protein (and 20.6g of carbs) 120 calories of chicken breast = 22.5g of protein (and almost 0 carbs) I am not trying to persuade anyone to change their diet, I'm a vegetarian myself but I hope these basic facts shed light to my point that it is much harder being a vegetarian.
Take sattu in liquid form.... Roasted chana with gud.... Sprouts And Remember one thing Non veg foods take more time to digest than to veg whole some food....so if u take whole some food in veg like sattu or chana with gud...body will absorb protien more easily and faster than that of Non veg food...

If you are vegetarian...then quinoa is a superb source of protein...100g quinoa contains 18g of protein and 60 gram of carbs...but 20g you will get fibre.. that mean 40g of net carbs...this is 1:2 perfect for muscle building... quinoa is the only grain which is complete source of protein in itself and another option is you can combined with 60 grams of soya...along with it curd or greek yogurt... so in this meal you would get around 50g of protein...

But sir according to DIAAS Score, we need to eat more protein than we are targeting so that we can get close to our protein goals. Eg (18g of egg/ chicken protein is not equals to 18g of peanut protein (according to DIAAS score)).
With all due respect ! To live healthy you can be veggitarian or vegan but to be fit gain muscle or lose fat you can't rely on only food just add eggs and dairy sources it becomes easy else it's impractical

The only problem is protein rich veg foods are expensive example: paneer or protein suppliments. Soy is cheap and also offers high protein with low calories. But you don't want all your protein coming from one single source. And rest of any veg protein source offer high protein only if high calorie consumed. So basically if you are a vegeterian and you're cutting and you aren't rich, you're doomed.
its not about protein quantity but quality , given animal protein are closer to human ones it aids easy digestion but it would be totally okay if we eat plants for protein, besides plants have so many other things in them that aid human health and cut down many diseases..

You should eat tofu, legumes such as kidney beans and chickpeas as well some nuts and oils, but always use almond or soy or coconut milk as they are high in protein aswell as fat.
@@nathandrake711 the idea is to get nutrients to your body. Grass fed meat is not available, if available it is very expensive so i'm not going for carnivore diet. I don't know if I can afford it for long term too. Eliminating gluten and dairy is imp to heal from autoimmune disorder. So I have to be vegan for optimal nutrition as organic vegetables are available to me.

If you are vegetarian...then quinoa is a superb source of protein...100g quinoa contains 18g of protein and 60 gram of carbs...but 20g you will get fibre.. that mean 40g of net carbs...this is 1:2 perfect for muscle building... quinoa is the only grain which is complete source of protein in itself and another option is you can combined with 60 grams of soya...along with it curd or greek yogurt... so in this meal you would get around 50g of protein...

Veg source are not less in protein but have low density of protien these both have different meaning. And many people don't even know what to eat in vegiterian diet to full fill their protien intake. It's not mean the people were eating vegetarian diet normally have protien intake full

But sir according to DIAAS Score, we need to eat more protein than we are targeting so that we can get close to our protein goals. Eg (18g of egg/ chicken protein is not equals to 18g of peanut protein (according to DIAAS score)).

The only problem is protein rich veg foods are expensive example: paneer or protein suppliments. Soy is cheap and also offers high protein with low calories. But you don't want all your protein coming from one single source. And rest of any veg protein source offer high protein only if high calorie consumed.
So basically if you are a vegeterian and you're cutting and you aren't rich, you're doomed.

its not about protein quantity but quality , given animal protein are closer to human ones it aids easy digestion but it would be totally okay if we eat plants for protein, besides plants have so many other things in them that aid human health and cut down many diseases..

I'm a vegan due to health reasons (autoimmune) . Can you please tell how not to loose weight being vegan? (English please I don't know Hindi)
You should eat tofu, legumes such as kidney beans and chickpeas as well some nuts and oils, but always use almond or soy or coconut milk as they are high in protein aswell as fat.
I haven't seen any benefits of vegan on autoimmune but I've heard of some people curing themselves on the carnivore diet, look it up
@@nathandrake711 the idea is to get nutrients to your body. Grass fed meat is not available, if available it is very expensive so i'm not going for carnivore diet. I don't know if I can afford it for long term too. Eliminating gluten and dairy is imp to heal from autoimmune disorder. So I have to be vegan for optimal nutrition as organic vegetables are available to me.
@@SchoolOfUnlearning3 even if you try organic diet the anti nutrients and defence chemicals in vegetables like oxalates, lectins, phytates are still there. That becomes a hurdle in the healing journey as well. Try a low oxalate diet see if it works.
