      “Brown bread” in india is fine as long as you get multi grain bread or whole wheat bread from trusted professional bakeries. Might cost ₹70-100 a loaf.

    (i)- health Biscuits especially wheat biscuits.....
    (ii)- muesli and granola.
    (iii)- ketchup, BBQ sauce, Mayo.
    (iv)- Juices.
    (v)- Brown Bread....
    Gaurav bhai, plsz review protien Bars which are available in India like Muscle Blaze, Yoga Bars etc..

      Bhai le inshort.. pasie h toh lelena but it has sugar and carbs in it.. so if you are natural then you need to be scientific about how to use sugar and carbs and really scientific if you have 60kg muscle you should not go more than 15gms of sugar perday.. how did this maths came is that daily sugar need is 20gm per day.. so what ever your weight is may be 100 200 kg ..not more than 20gm sugar you need.. so keep telling yourself that you need 15gms of sugar so even if you cheat your not going about the level and still be in insulin sensitivity region..

    Sir you r absolutely correct ...since we work in an aircraft we know all these truth about food ....we know for airline food they add preserves to make long last for 15 hours of flight ...imagine how much you can expect in a bottle of tomato sauce....guys stay healthy and stay fit ....and follow capt taneja 😊

    Oh God I used to eat so called 'healthy' biscuit..and wrapper -open food in hostels.I suddenly stopped consciously bcz I felt my health was going down..though I was thin enough. But once I stopped by digestion improved. I m so happy..u also gave so much info..in details..

      bhai remebmber everything in morderation excess is not good.. so ketchup every day 1tbsp is good.. as long as your carbs intake is modrate and fiber intake is good..

      Noor Alam, take a break from exercises that involve stress on your legs, running, jumping, squats etc.
      Long walks can be dangerous too if you feel pain in shin after walking for a while, take a break
      Supplement on Calcium sources and Vitamin D.
      Use heat packs
      Shin Slint/ Stress Fracture is a very common problem but needs attention.
