I spent so many years of my life under the spell of cigarettes, depression and severe ptsd. Gained my freedom with the help of nature using mushroom (psilocybin) precisely. After my experience with shrooms five years ago every cigarette I lit up tasted like literal poison. I would take one hit and put out the cigarette. I haven't smoked since, no more depressive mood and ptsd. Few doses of shroom experience made a 15 year 2 pack a day smoker quit instantly. Shrooms are life changing. I've lost 23 pounds and my energy levels have skyrocketed. No more smoking, EVER! My meals include only organic whole foods and absolutely NO grains or seed oils. Grass fed dairy snd beef occasionally and pasture run eggs and poultry. All of this because I decided to walk the talk and puty health as my number One priority. Thank you for this info on vaping. I quit smoking after 34 years as a moderate to heavy smoker. I used a vape as my vehicle of choice and I simply cut down monthly 1mg of nicotine at a time. I started at 10 mg and within about 10 months was at 0 mg. Another 2 or 3 months and I was off the vaping too. I'm convinced that short term vaping saved my life, and I've now become fairly athletic and full of energy.

I smoked for more than 40 years and the ONLY thing that allowed me to stop was vaping. From the very first day I used an unflavored vape to get my nicotine fix I stopped smoking tobacco. I was amazed that the constant urge to light a cigarette had completely disappeared. In a matter of a few weeks there was tremendous improvement in my breathing and my ability to walk without getting out of breath. I was still getting nicotine but no longer getting all the tar and CO that comes with burning tobacco. I would never endorse vaping for anything except as a step toward getting off of tobacco. To my experience, all mushrooms have always said, "Pay attention to your life. How you think, how you feel, and what will you do with the information that you always knew, but now are seeing in this point of view." This is why mushrooms are so respected in tribal cultures. I started off using 6mg of nicotine in my juice then after about 1 year I took it to 3mg of nicotine in my juice, and then just this year I have switched to zero nicotine in my juice, and I’m to that point I don’t need to vape anymore. Being around cigarettes does not bother me either anymore or have any craving to even want to smoke again, I can tell you I can’t stand the smell anymore of a cigarette and I can’t believe I would smell like that after a cigarette it’s quite disgusting. Just wanted to tell my story, and say vaping got me off cigarettes. I feel so so much better and feel so much more healthier. And I’m saving a shit ton of money not smoking…

@Joey pooschke well Joey you have nearly 100 likes but I would like to be the first to congratulate you in person Well done never go back. I first started smoking when I was 16 nearly 64 years ago. I don't think in those days that tobacco had the same addictive chemicals added to it as modern tobacco may have. I progressed from cigarettes to the occasional King Edward cigar, but my favourite was Balkan Sobrani Smoking Mixture in a Peterson's pipe, I also used the small half sphere plaster pellets in the base of the bowl to help absorb both moisture and nicotine from the tobacco. Although I never smoked more than half an ozs to one ozs a week I often gave up for 3 to 6 months at a time. I eventually gave up completely when I got to the age of 35 when I became more aware of the long term health risks. I must confess that even 15 years later after giving up completely I still had the odd craving for a pipe full of Sobrani it had the most pungent of smells but a divine taste and after half a pipe full you felt like you were on cloud nine.
I find cigarette smell the most repulsive and cannot stand it at any price.
Good luck with your intention to give up and Stay Safe.

that's amazing. By the way, I don't know, why the hell nicotine affects the organism differently. In my case, I started smoking in 2020. And 2+ years later, I quitted. I literally can't explain how did I do that so easily. Maybe I'll try to describe in details.
Prologue : smoking helped me lose weight, I lost 27-30 pounds, bcuz cigarettes made me eat less.
I said to myself - what am I doing. I'm literally a man at the top of my physical conditions - I'm young, strong, smart and handsome, and I ruin my health with cigs. I said it to myself, and quitted. It was not an easy task, I reduced smoking in sober mode ( smoked only while drinking beer ). That's it. After a journey to my motherland ( Dagestan, Caucasus ), I literally feel like I don't want to smoke anymore. As I said previously, cigs made me eat less, and now I eat more) I feel like that's the healthy stuff. better eat more , but healthy food, instead of less and some fast-food/snack stuff.

This is an unproven supposition. Quite the opposite actually. No problems with vaping have cropped up despite two to three decades of mass use now. While it is proven that switching from smoking to vaping is readily adopted by all smokers and immediately causes the same healing as quitting. The difference is, quitting is usually a failure while tapering off with vaping has a 100% success rate.
This is most important in populations with serious pulmonary disease. It is often difficult to say, get lung cancer patients to quit smoking as they take on the attitude that they will die anyway. Yet you get the same effect of quitting using vaping instead and usually, the patient, once they try it, prefers it to cigarettes.

It also was not well controlled so you could get a pack with 15 one day and the next pack a few days later could be 18. I don't know for sure but I think it was done intentionally by companies to make it harder to quit. Of course, you can get vape liquid with more nicotine and I actually purchased my liquid from a company that would give me custom amount of nicotine. I smoked for 24 years and got where I couldn't even walk up a flight of steps without running out of breath.. I switched to vaping almost as soon as it came out, roughly 12 years ago. In that 12 years I have never experienced any of those side effects you mentioned but within 6 months of switching from cigarettes to vaping I was able to start working out doing cardio .... that lead to me doing several long distance hikes (more than 300 miles each). Last year, I got diagnosed with cancer ... not from smoking but from HPV. Because I am so physically fit, I was given an 85% recovery rate over 12 months .... its now been 19 months. I still work out doing both cardio and weight lifting and to be honest, vaping gave me my life back. Drs said I was one of the healthiest 50 year olds they have ever seen .... no high blood pressure, no cholesterol, etc ... just had cancer and I kicked its a%^ too. I think one of the biggest things about vaping safely is buying from reputable brands and reputable dealers. I'm not into that thc and all the other crap ... oh yea, did I mention I actually vape 0mg nicotine ... why? Well, the motion of smoking is actually harder to quit than the nicotine.

But for the last few years he has only been vaping. He has a LOT less nicotine, uses his vape far less than the cigarettes (he used to smoke 2 packs a day) and honestly, he doesn't smell disgusting. Oh and it's waaay cheaper. I absolutely wish he wouldn't vape either but I'm so grateful that he's willing to vape instead of smoke. Sooo grateful.

I think this video was great I besides the fact that the “Vitamin E and THC” madness that was hsppening happened around the time “fakes” or “crap” Carts(thc catridges) were being sold I had a lot of friends end up in the hospital because of this but most didn’t admit that it was a Cart(basically weed) bc in my state weed is illegal so this Lead to a lot of misinformation Vaping and Basically smoking weed are 2 very different things that people seem to get mis informed about. VAPING is in my opinion and most tobacco shops that sell this is the sale of “Eliquids Or vape juice containing nicotine A highly addictive substance” no shop in my state will sell CARTS (Bc they have weed and there is no such thing as THC juice) carts are unique in the sense that they Are PURELY DISTILLED THC OIL meaning it’s basically just weed that is safely regulated at a certain temperature but is A very SEPERATE thing from vaping, Vaping is defined by NICOTINE and not WEED/THC. The approach was correct but the misguided notion that this directly correlates to VAPING is wrong nowhere that you go to buy A VAPE or VAPE PEN or DISPOSABLE VAPE or PUFF BAR will say “MAY CONTAIN NICOTINE A HIGHLY ADDICTIVE SUBSTANCE” NONE OF THEM WILL say “contains THC” bc well you can’t just sell THC like that. There was a small issue with shitty CARTS getting around I haven’t heard anything recently but this issue happened 2 years ago now I wanna say most people called it or said they were VAPING to avoid getting a charge NONE OF THIS IS FACTUAL IM GOING BASED OF MY OWN KNOWLEDGE IF YOU KNOW SOMETHING I DONT PLEASE DO FEEL FREE TO ENLIGHTEN ME THIS IS PURELY FROM MY PERSPECTIVE AND FROM MY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE OF WHAT MY DUMBASS FRIENDS HAVE DONE thank you for reading my TED TALK xD

Been vaping for 7 years , prior to that I was a life long smoker who was up to almost.3 packs a day, my lungs and health were in very bad condition , I switched to vaping and in a short period of time I stopped coughing in the morning , I use to cough for about 35 minutes when I woke up, it was so bad at times I would be close to blacking out, I had no lung capacity before long I was able to walk up stairs and not have probs, after a few years I have full lung capacity back , I can breath, I sleep better , my snoring is almost non existent, food tastes amazing, I can smell a cigarette a mike away, all of these are the same as quitting smoking, the nicotine in a ecig is not as addictive as one through a cigarette and it’s basically like caffeine in a way, I can not vape for hours if I chose to and not physically need it, to as where in a cigarette I could only maybe make it a hour or two and I physically needed one, there is no combustion from vaping, this is where smoking has its huge prob, you are lighting something on fire and inhaling it, it’s like running into a burning house and taking a deep inhale of the smoke, what has happened in the last few years that has gone under the umbrella of vaping is these pods and carts for small vaping devices, now a lot of these are carts that are premade, a lot of young adults band teens were getting black market carts which a dealer would cut the thc with vitamin e acitate which causes all these probs, regular vaping , no thc or vitamin e acitate , just pg/vg, flavoring and nic or no nic eliquid there is no probs, even England has done a study on it deeming it 95% safer than smoking, hospitals have vape shops, but in this country big tobacco rules the media and the FDA all in the name of safety for our children, well let’s think about it and I do not condone vaping for anyone who is not addicted to smoking and espically anyone under the age limit, just don’t do it, what I found funny is that if there was no vaping kids would still all be smoking in high school and nothing would be said against that, no new laws banning smoking which we know what it does, but that’s ok, my thing is if you want to ban vaping then why are cigarettes still available anywhere 2 mins from your house? When listening to media and stuff just follow the money and it becomes clear, vaping saved my life , just a opinion from a former heavy smoker

I remember the final investigation results the CDC came out with after that “outbreak”. Most of the THC vaping issues was suspected to have come from non very reputable sources. A lot of these cases were in states where THC use is still illegal. It’s why it’s soooo important to get your stuff from a reputable source. And why although regulation and standards are important here, flat out making it illegal is a bad idea.

I agree. I live in a non-medical/recreational state. I'm also 39 and have been smoking cigarettes for 31 years now. Yes. I started smoking cigarettes at roughly 8 years old. Not good. But, it happened. I have had my L lung collapse twice now. I was diagnosed ay the end of 2018 with emphysema. And shortly after in 2019 with COPD. The inhalers the doctor gave me for use when needed. Did nothing unless I over used them. Like the recommended dose to be 2 puffs as needed. It turned out that 6 plus was the only time it ever worked. My doctor told me to use 6 then. Ummm, what??? That much steroids to the lungs cannot be necessarily a good thing for a nonlicensed person to do for themselves. The reason for this conclusion is at 6 puffs of an inhaler there is so much additional propellants added to the steroids that it would make me light headed, dizzy, and sometimes cause my vision to go black. Therefore it cannot be good for someone who is not in a controlled environment to administer this dosage to themselves. Although this was a conversation I had with my doctor. His response was...
Dr: " Have you found anything that helps with these episodes?"
      Me: Yes. Actually I have.
Dr: Okay. What works for you?
      Me: Vapeing DAB.
      Dr: What is DAB?
Me: It's an extractive honey from Marijuana.
Dr: Okay? How is it done, and how does it help?
Me: I use a water pipe. I heat up a quartz piece to temp then drop the oil onto the quartz piece and hit it causing the vapor to go through the water filtration and into my lungs. It helps because I have all of this mucus that builds up in my lungs. By Dabbing, It causes me to cough. Which causes me to cough up this mucus. And trust me Doc. When I hit it, I make it count. I cough so much mucus up that when I catch my breath after. I can take deep, deep breaths.
Dr: How often do you need to do this?
Me: Honestly. Only once or twice a day.
Dr: Really? Well I can't tell you to continue doing it. But, if it works for you. I'm not going to tell you to stop.
Me: I didn't plan on stopping. Just being honest with you.
After that the doctor told me that he was surprised by my lung functionality test. Which was 89%. He said even normal non smoking lungs are anywhere between 92- 96%. So my lung functionality is actually really high considering. ( Lol. Pun not intended, but funny.) My opinion through my own research leads me to believe that dabbing isn't going to hurt worse than the cigarettes I smoke. And yes I do still smoke cigarettes. I was on medication to help me quit. Then the rona happened. I'm high risk due to lung conditions and the medications to help you quit smoking lowers your immune system and with a pandemic going on. It'll take cigarettes longer to kill me than the stats with the rona. So I made a choice. Plus with research on MMJ. It has been found to slow and even combat cancer cells. So I'm going to keep doing it for my health.

Many people have made the point that if Nicotine was THE compound that's hooking people, then pure Nicotine would be enough, so gum, patches, pouches, vapes, yet most smokers who try vaping end up going back to Tobacco and say they're just not the same and while Nicotine does scratch a certain itch, the effect is small compared to what else is in Tobacco. Now, if i vape a vuse pod, i do feel that's addictive, but i'm pretty sure it has something to do with the flavoring in it, rather than the Nicotine, as i've bought the same strength Nicotine salt in unflavored liquid, and it doesn't have anywhere near the same effect as the vuse pods do, so they're slippin' something else in the pods that ain't Nicotine that certainly makes a hell of a difference.

I decided to quit smoking and made my plan. I was going to vape, ween off nicotine and then eventually not do either. Not the convenience store puff bars. A nice mod system. Now, before I quit cigarettes, climbing stairs was hard. I coughed ALL the time. I had a lot of fluid in my lungs. Then I transitioned over to the vape. After about 2 weeks, I was already breathing better. Coughing was 80% gone. I continued to vape as I reduced the level of nicotine over my plan's time frame. Once I got to 0 MG, I continued to vape but I started not taking it with me to stores or for short trips. Then, my family just noticed one day they hadn't seen my vape. I hadn't used it for 3 days. Now, I know there are a ton of people who debate this issue. Here is my take. For me, the vape was like training wheels and a way to break a pattern and habit in my behavior. I didn't just lose my mind and walk around grumpy. If I hadn't used the vape, I would still be smoking. The "have a plan" thing is spot on. Nothing foreign in the lungs is the best all around but if you can utilize a method to stop smoking, in the end, it turns out for the best. With mods you have to change coils and charge batteries. The fluid is cheaper and some is sweet enough it cut the candy cravings you can get when you quit smoking. Every time I tried before, I relapsed eventually. I would gain 40 to 60 lbs. With the vape, I was able to avoid that. Now, I don't do either. The point was to get better, not switch one habit for the next. Didn't want to be a slave to the substances anymore. I am a person who doesn't do well with "cold turkey". Call it what you want, mental weakness, whatever, but my plan worked and I AM SO MUCH better now. No more inhalers, no more coughing. I kept a pack of cigarettes in the house while I transitioned and I kept my vape charged and on a shelf for awhile after I was "done". It wasn't a just in case scenario for me. It was me taking control of me. If I wanted something, I didn't want someone else to tell me what to do or to feel trapped without the OPTION. They were there, and after awhile, I wasn't afraid to let go. I keep that pack and the vape to this day. Now it is a reminder that I accomplished something. They are always right there, but now I use it as a reminder that I wanted the change, set out with a plan, and accomplished it. For the record, cigarettes are terrible for people. They stink. Vapes smell better, but they are still not good for you. Your lungs need good, clean healthy air. So, if you have tried quitting but can't, this was my method. In the beginning all the different juices and flavors really kind of perked things up. Felt like I was doing something new, but something fun and exciting. I used my vape as I weened off for 6 months. 12 years later...fresh air, stronger lungs.

Turns out the nicotine from the big mods is what they call freebase and doent get absorbed as easily as cigs. So you kinda always sit with some level of withdrawl.
After my last payday i went to buy a nic salts pod. Just cause ive tried it and it was nice. 2 days later i ran outta cigs and didnt even feel like buying more. Went from 3 packs a day to nothing without even trying. A few days after that i just decided im done with it.

Having smoked for nearly 40 years I can tell you that vaping is much less hazardous. Yup it still has nicotine because that's the way I want it but I was addicted to nicotine long before I started vaping. The way I started vaping is I had a lung infection so bad they put me in a coma for 11 days. Through some complications I wound up in the hospital for nearly a month. Instead of trying to go back to smoking I was convinced to start vaping and to this day I am glad. The cigarette manufacturers are the ones behind the push to end vaping. They are missing their profits.

It's VERY IMPORTANT to understand that "vaping" is a very broad term. It's also important to have, at least, the slightest bit of understanding before forming an opinion. E-cigarettes use a water-soluble liquid that can contain nicotine. THC concentrate vapes use an oil based liquid. There are dry herb vaporizers that can control heat applied to activate certain ingredients without combusting the plant matter. You can even get drunk inhaling the fumes off a heated alcoholic beverages. E-cigarette/nicotine liquid is highly regulated and highly studied, though of course the long term (25+ years) effects are still unknown. We do understand that it is significantly less harmful than smoking cigarettes, but obviously worse than not inhaling any substance. With legalization, THC concentrate vapes, as well as cannabis in general, will recieve more study into it's health effects, and get more quality regulation. For VITAMIN E ACETATE- it has never, and will never exist in e-cigarette/nicotine liquids. It can't. It is oil-soluble, not water soluble. They simply do not mix. It's generally thought that a dry herb vaporizer for cannabis is less harmful than smoking, but it's unkown if vaping a THC oil concentrate is less harmful than smoking.

This video is very misleading. The guy supposes in his video that "most" vaping liquids contains Vitamin E Acetate and THC. He didn't even consider that most vaping liquids contain only 4 ingredients: propelyn glycol, vegetable glycerine, flavoring and nicotine. None of which have studies indicating they cause any diseases of the lungs. Propelene Glycol by the way is the same ingredient found in asthma nebulizers and most food grade products use PG. Vegetable glycerin is widely used in the food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. For instance, it is often added to foods to help oil and water-based ingredients mix, sweetening or moistening the final product.
This guy must be part of the Tobacco Industry propaganda to hate on vaping. Either that a supporter of the pharmaceutical industry which is getting a hit because nicotine patches and candies are less popular because of vaping.

    • @informrecord3342
      @informrecord3342 3 года назад +1

@@ConceptWiseAsiaCWATV I definitely feel the video could have been more clear to divide e-cigarette liquid from thc oil. It should be noted, though, that flavored e-cigarette liquid contains significantly more that 4 ingredients, as "flavoring" could consist of hundreds of different chemicals. Also propylene glycol is not used in asthma treatments. BUT, it has been tested as safe for inhalation by the EPA, due to widespread use in air fresheners, cleaning products, fog machines, etc. It's important for those of us who are pro-vaping to not exaggerate or propagate myths, the hard science is strong enough.

Then the Nurse told me "Of all the things I gave you NOT TO DO, if you are only going to not do ONE thing, don't smoke." So of all the possible things that can cause artery blockage, SMOKING was the most detrimental. Now, I have NEVER smoked. I have a bad enough genetic history of heart problems to do anything that would increase the chance of heart problems. To me, smoking is like stabbing yourself with a knife. I thought I had some serious problem that was going to kill me. Had all the tests. They couldn't find anything. One doc says I need to have my gall bladder out. Another says I had diverticulitis. Colonoscopy and other imaging proved them wrong. Finally, I read that the polypropylene glycol can cause nausea and other GI related problems. It can also cause kidney failure. I quit the very next day (which was yesterday). It's hard, but the nausea is harder. I immediately started feeling better

I appreciate your unbiased approach. As someone who traded cigarettes for vaping, I'd say it's not merely the lesser of two evils, but at the bare minimum an order of magnitude safer (assuming quality gear and liquid). My lung function improved so much after a few weeks. I've vaped for seven years now and have never had a bout of bronchitis whereas it was common to have an episode each year as a smoker. I started at 12mg/ml nicotine potency and am now at 2mg/ml.

Started vaping with rebuildable tank, mod and good quality liquid @15 mg.. now down to 3mg and my chest is way better than it’s been for years, I’ve saved money and also don’t smell bad or have spots anymore.. I have smoked, diped for 5'sh years then switched to vaping when it came out. After a few weeks I was able to breath better and run without dying like usual. I had the equipment at the time to check a few of the gasses like CO, H2S, O2, volatile and non-vol compounds, lower explosive limit and a few others. Needless to say in one hit 500ppm CO, 4.1ppm H2S, there were vol&non-vol compounds, it had a lower explosive limit present and the O2 Droped 3% from the mouth to the reader without inhale. That was one puff of a cigarette... I checked my Vape. There were no readings besides O2 dropping 4% after inhale vs 6-8% from a cigarette after inhale. My testing was short lived and not without flaw. All in all vaping may not be healthy but it is DEFINITELY a healthier alternative.

When I have a really good day and I havent had to deal with peoples bs and lifes weight, yeah I can lean on that psychology, its true. You can say "I feel good, why change that?" Ex heavy smoker here: 15 years of 2-3 packs per day. Switching to vaping 5 years ago was strange at first, but rewarding. I started doing sports, swim, play the flute. It was also way cheaper than normal cigs, cleaner. All seemed fine. About a year ago I reduced the nicotine to a trickle, then nothing. 2 weeks of really heavy placebo vaping later (and a LOT of coughing), I stopped completely. So here's my few cents about vaping:
    1. About as easy to quit vaping than as it was to switch from cigs to vaping in the first place. So if you can transition, you're half way there...
    2. Unbelievable health benefits after switching to vaping. However in the last year I did get almost constant coughs, which prompted me to start quitting it.
    3. The lower the nicotine, the less numb the body is, the more you start coughing. I used the mildest aromas, the best atomizers, still coughed after almost each vape.
    4. If you start vaping without ever having smoked, you're a moron.
    5. If you put stupid stuff into your vaping liquid, you're a moron.
    6. After you quit, all other vapers will look like morons to you. At least they don't stink of tobacco cinders.
    7. I don't miss vaping. But I miss cigs, as bad as they were. But not this new fluff, the good old ones, the cheap stuff they used to kill us with 20 years ago. Remember that wide Dunhill red pack? The sound the lighter made, that scratch on your fingertip? That first smoke in the cold morning. I would've died for that... Almost did.
So, in my case, vaping help me do the impossible: quit smoking. "Help" is a weak word for that it did. Do I recommend it to other smokers? Duh, of course, it's cheaper, cleaner, tastier, but aim for complete stop later down the road. It's gonna be way easier than you think, once you get all those old reflexes out of the way.

@@theanatomylab but this praise is absurd... your video is about EVALI, your title purports to be about vaping, and your presentation blatantly ignores the part where this is specific to a batch of black market thc products - specifically the presence of both vitamin e acetate and thc - how many of those cases presented with nicotine also in their system? how many presented with no vitamin e acetate? you should definitely go tilt at a different windmill, what did thc ever do to you?

You know fine well those deaths were black market THC containing vitamin e and your video makes it seem like this is the situation with regular VG/PG vaping. Honestly please reply I'd love to know what you say or is it true that RUclipsrs just don't respond to criticism.

Smoked since I was 16, I switched to vaping 9 years ago, after 20 years of cigarettes. My lungs feel way better and I still have no problems. I finally started vaping without nicotine a week ago. I plan to quit vaping before the end of March.

I've been vaping 3mg for 2 years. Switched to 20mg for the last year or so and still on it. Today I bought a 20mg and 0mg just to sort of go back and forth to cut down on the nic. However, the 0mg just doesn't cut it...there's literally zero throat hit which sucks.

bro, i really like your videos, but this one in particular is a bit misleading. If i may add some insight - CDC stats show the EVALI epidemic you refer to was most likely caused by black market THC cartridges containing vitamin E acetate, as you said. From what I understand, clear links between EVALI and regular nic vapes are not yet established.
at the time of the EVALI epidemic, the cannabis distillate used in many black market carts was found to be cut with vit E acetate, presumably to reduce production costs (mostly unscrupulous street dealers). the shady company who pioneered this novel use of vit E acetate as a cutting agent was known as honey cut, and following investigation by the CDC have since gone out of business. They found vit E acetate to be superior to other cutting agents such as MCT oil as its colour and viscosity is very similar to pure distillate. Hence, consumers would have a hard time telling if their carts were cut.
importantly, legal THC carts from certified manufacturers should NOT contain vit E acetate. legit carts should only contain pure distillate/live rosin. however, despite honeycut going out of business, i'm aware dodgy street carts are still circulating in some areas. as such, please dont smoke any cart that doesn't come straight out of a dispensary. whilst EVALI isn't as common now that vit E acetate is banned and more people are aware, cases continue to exist.
the THC in distillate carts is simply a concentrated but chemically identical version of what's found in flower (only talking about THC, not terpenes), and people have been smoking weed for centuries. Whilst im not saying smoking weed is harmless, I think it's misleading to discuss avoiding THC and vit E acetate similarly.
anyway, hope anyone reading will b a little safer should they choose to vape.
