I tried this technique but in the gym there is failure in 3-4 reps and 1 set but after workout there is no soreness in the muscle as in normal workout.
soreness is not the sole indicator of a good workout. after 1 month of rigorous workout. you hardly get sore... when you leave the gym and start again you will get sore again.
See gqurav earlier i told you something about intensity. You are learning but you are still wrong . Learn about min effective vol . You don't need 1 set of 4 repa . You're still wrong .
TUT has already been debunked years ago, only slow and controlled eccentric showed positive impact on hypertrophy, also explosive concentric movement is necessary to maximise hypertrophy, controlling concentric will just burn up your stored glycogen fast and you'll be fatigued way before reaching failure which is not optimal for hypertrophy at all. And If you really wanted to teach something to that guy you tried this set on, you should have found out his 1RM (One Rep Max) first and then make him lift accordingly, this demonstration was just a boomer's way to feel better about himself rather than teaching something useful which can actually help bodybuilding.
totally agreed! also performing reps this slow will give unnecessary toll on the assisting muscles like in this case triceps will take a hell of load instead of shoulder.
Absolute BullShit! Slowing on eccentric motion is always more increase chances of muscle hypotrophy resulting muscle growth! BUT …. it should be moderately slow where one can focus on target muscle and not worry about stability of other parts like elbow and load on fingers! In case of extreme slowdown like showed in this video, your mind-muscle connection will never be constant!

I use cable fly for lower chest..works like a magic for me.But use slow range of motion while stretching the chest and squeezing.
Honestly, all you need is lower body fat%. By doing any chest movement, you will be growing all 3 parts of chest fat
