    Sir may be I think this way in slow sets. It's difficult to increase strength overall. Progressive overload karna bhi mushkil hoga I guess

    Sir. Mere comment ka please reply dena. It's very important for me. I started gym 1.5 months ago, but when I train my chest and back, mera Ball and Socket Joint sunn ho jata hai, lekin muscle main theek see pump nahi ata, aisa lagta hain aur bhi reps kar sakta hu.. Iska reason kya hain??

    Destroy the muscle, refeed the muscle, recover thats the only way to grow all this 3 sets 2 sets is bullshit depends on how u can achieve total muscle failure with the other 2 factors in mind
