    You are one of the most trusted and one of the oldest fitness content creator of our country and also you yourself has competed on stage and you know every in and out of natural and enhanced bodybuilding so it will be a great eye opener for the youngsters as well as people who are working out from years and think they aren’t getting enough results.

    Just wanted to share my thoughts on Gaurav bhaiya now,
    I see a lot of people passing, comment on content and everything I think I am one of the oldest viewer of him, although I don’t open RUclips or Instagram a lot, but whenever I open this channel or I visit his profile on Instagram, I see people saying that in past five years, a lot of things change in his life and in his content.
    See guys, it’s his life. It’s his decision and remember for people, he changed his profession . He changed his job from pilot to full time RUclipsr just for us. No matter what if you see any video which is five years old and video now you may see the difference, but the content and the quality of knowledge which he provides is still the same, his way of dictating or style may change, but quality and in-depth knowledge is same.
    Also i see alot of people passing comments on his videos , on promoting supplement brands. I think it’s not bad if the brand is good and if you’re getting results and if you’re getting paid to promote the brand, it’s not bad. In fact, it is good to promote a good brand that shoes results and is actually good that too, which is made in India.
    End, I just want to say that gaurav bhaiya is Mature enough and self aware that what he is doing, and it’s not a job to tell him again and again what to do what not to do as it is his decision to make.

    I have been watching this channel and you per se for the past 5 years now. I myself am studying in one of the old IITs. Sir, the content that you make excluding vlogs, are really good. I loved your videos back then when you used to make fitness videos but nowadays its overwhelming.
    Sir, chota insaan hun apna viewer smjhkr hi sun lijiye please. Apko troll hote hue dekhna aur logon ka majak bnana uss time ni hota tha itna.     Pretty interesting style. I do slow eccentrics but this is very slow. Definitely gonna be very challenging. It makes sense though, since eccentrics build way more muscle and you are spending probably the same if not more in eccentric compared to faster reps of 10

    By the way this technique is all Indian technique western world come to know this technique by the Professor Rama Murthy; a legend on his own who challenged the undefeated wrestler Ghulam Mohammed aka Gama Pehelwaan and Gama the great refused, this technique is known as PFSSE technique, our ancestors used to do workout under this technique and they don't use any free weights, they use to say that this technique use to grow muscle without breaking it and it also strengthen our organs which helps us to function better in our life on an overall basis, this is our legacy which we forgot and Josh Arthur re introduced it to the world by making some modifications to it by adding free weights to it.

      @@ajujoseph7860 my father told me about this and my grandfather use to practice this with one of the pupils of Professor Rama Murthy, he has immense strength and therefore known as Bhim Bhawani; he killed a man eater tiger with his bare hands that's why from there he was known as Bhim Bhawani. Professor himself declared him the most powerful man alive on planet earth at that time.

    Negetive reps,partial reps, high reps to failure yea sab workout ki intensity or barata ha jisse recovery or slow hota ha.
    Agar ap bigginer ho toh ap is workout ko apply nahi kar payenge iske liye knowledge chahiye.
    So, ap 6-12 heavy reps to failure train Karo .yea jyada better rahega.

    The decline press is so Indian. when I moved to the US I went to the gym trainer and asked why there was no decline machine. He said why you need to decline bench. I said for the lower chest. He said do pull up bar.
    Its so true you go any gym in america you will not find a decline bench.

    Sir. Mere comment ka please reply dena. It's very important for me. I started gym 1.5 months ago, but when I train my chest and back, mera Ball and Socket Joint sunn ho jata hai, lekin muscle main theek see pump nahi ata, lagta hain ki aur reps kar sakta hu.. Iska reason kya hain??
