They never told us that it would be gone completely. And I can tell after 5 months in this program, my son symptoms improved, and some are completely gone!! That was the best thing I could've given him. I got to this program from a friend of ours whose son was in that program and showed significant changes all around. I highly recommend people to check this program.
Any psychologist that doesn’t want to find a way to actually help patients become their best self and try work on themselves except stuffing them with pills cannot be taken seriously
This program is $10,000 and the Harvard research they're so proud of started with 50 participants and half of them dropped out before the end of the program. There are lots of ways to treat symptoms of neurodevelopmental issues aside from medication, but this isn't one of them.
@@TBone4983 I am doing my research before signing up for a program to "Help" us with my son's ADHD. I found this program and of course I will ask how much does it costs. I then come accross these videos where many families drop out BECAUSE of the expensive sessions and the little to no progress. THIS IS ABUSE!
Someone should remind that doctor of the fact that neurons that fire together wire together. Exercises are exactly what the word means, they train your brain to function in a certain way. So, if the exercise shows a certain pattern of activation, the repetitive usage of it will produce a new network that is available for stimulation and ot gets stronger and the myelin around those neurons gets thicker. It's not a drug and it does work. Patients who find it helpful will depend on doctors less. Psychiatrists are a blessing but they should aim at granting the patient autonomy, even when they are a tv star sponsored by drug manufacturers. No harm people. No harm.
ADHD like all neurological / mental illness Needs a multi level approach. Cerebellum exercises, diet, exercise, sunlight, fasting, AIP diet or GAPS diet for some people.
ADHD is a medical condition that affects a person's attention and self-control. Because of ADHD, people have a harder time staying focused. They may be more fidgety than others. ADHD can make it harder to control behavior, so kids and teens may get into trouble more.👍
Yep! LOL But not always manifested in causing trouble. E.g. My dad ran a very tight ship when it came to our behavior, so i was actually afraid to do things that would get me in trouble. Plus, as a very logically minded person, I avoided drugs (illegal drugs) because I knew they were no good for me and could ruin my life. Daydreaming was a more telling sign of mine. My school reports were a real eye-opener looking at the recently. I always thought I was a good student but my reports were overall terrible. and teachers always said I was very bright but need to focus, need to stop daydreaming, etc. I only got diagnosed at age 46
We do want companies coming in the field and trying to help us. Pay it if you want to or learn about their approach and try to mimic it using other resources.
The doctors are not aware that Harvard University is looking further into this method because there were positive results. Wow! Are they not aware?? My child improved in social area and academic. It was slow and we are still working on it but it is promising so Brain Balance is good. However, the price can be lowered a bit.
Because if no one else can replicate the data, how can we be sure that it's as successful as they say. Do they have a true representative sample size to make sure that this will be successful for the entire population of ADHD and ASD individuals who might seek their services.
@@Snaphoo How can they replicate the data if they are not willing to disclose their methods? Replicating studies also means the same sound methodology needs to be followed
36 pages of reaserch. Hum i wouldn't expect them to do all the reaserch if any. I would expect them to take reaserch from all over and then put the best into their program.
Psiquiatrists do not want to accept new methods because it is not good for then to loose clients that are paying meds that have horrible side effects, I will pay more for non medication treatments
When I talk to people my eye look of his body parts without my approval. I feel shame, my eye look her his different body parts, how solve this problem.
try looking at their mouth, if you have trouble maintaining eye contact. and if you feel the need to pull away, look above and over their shoulders or above their heads, as if you are pulling back and putting your finger on your chin to think about what they're saying. this is what I do. best of luck! :)
It sounds scammy. They don't need to do a study per se to know if it's working. They have patients that have completed the program. That is all the data that is needed. The fact that they don't quantify the data from their patients that have completed the program tells you all you need to know. It's likely most just leave the program and the Brain Balance Center never asks if the patients were benefited or not because they know they haven't/or just don't want to know the truth (deniability.) In addition, if a parent sent their child to this program and it was truly successful(not some ambiguous form of "they kind'a got better.. maybe"... sort'a"), the parent would be screaming this success story from the top of their lungs. The fact that Brain Balance Center doesn't have the data from their patients and parents/patients are silent screams volumes.
What sounds scammy is doctors pushing pharmaceuticals instead of pushing for a natural food & exercise regiment Never trust pharmacological trained Drs bcz they're just legal drug pushers that boost the pharmaceutical companies bottom line 😉
Not true at all! My son did the program, and at the end, we retook the tests that showed significant changes. I honestly didn't need the test because I could see the changes in him.
Amd I'm screaming it to people around me. I was lucky to get to this program because our friends took their son and saw great results. I always think to myself how come it's not being spread by doctors.

Your sentence is gramatically wrong, really hard to understand.
If there ain't no drugs, pills or potions the doctors ain't buying it
Exactly how I sadly feel!!

Tell me pharma didn't sponsor this episode, without telling us.

Can you share a link for the best way to excercise your cerebellum which has worked for you? Thanks.
@@cerveauy8782 i read that was debunked.
I didn’t know autoimmune protocol works for ADHD 😊
What did I just even watch? There was hardly any context here at all.

What does it matter if they themselves conducted the research as long as the research was still done?
