Hey Kathy, The brand of blue foam pads is Fortress, we order them through a wholesale third party who mostly does larger orders. However, if you are looking for one for yourself, a lot of online suppliers have them at a much cheaper price e.g. Amazon, they are most commonly called balance pads. However, keep in mind there may be a difference in quality. K-mart used to stock them (if you are based in Australia) however I could see them online also. There are other similar products like this - www.kmart.com.au/product/multi-use-seat-pad-assorted-43268276/ that would also work for most of the exercises although the foam on a balance pad is typically a little thicker and softer. A kickboard for swimming makes for another good substitute. Sporting goods stores like Rebel (again if you are in Australia) will often stock something similar.
I have both knees replaced and cannot kneel at all weight cannot be put on my knees can you help with a way to get up off the floor. I'm 65 please help Blanche
