I love bread pudding and I make a French toast casserole that’s about the same, I make it Friday night put it in the fridge and we eat it Saturday afternoon and I cut up the leftovers for a grab and go snack…. I think I’ve been living on French toast, potato cakes, oatmeal cookies!! Grab and goes are awesome!

Loved this recipe! Instead of the spices, we used 8 packets of true lemon in the wet ingredients- lemon bread pudding! Wonderful! Good Job Lady!❤

This is the way to make it; but, I always had it with raisins in there or diced up dates.
I’d add a tablespoon of lemon juice instead of the vanilla! Perfect on bread pudding!!!
