    I love this, thank you! Could you make this ac? To plug into a wall socket?

    • @FLALabs
      @FLALabs  10 месяцев назад

      Absolutely! All you would have to do is use some AC led strips instead of the DC strips I used in the video!

    Amazing video love it , I'm currently printing this out on my x1carbon , may I ask a question, how do you use the exess led (like lighting it only has one cord)

    • @FLALabs
      @FLALabs  Год назад +1

      Glad you like it! That's a great question! I have another video showing how to connect new wires to a cut LED strip. You can use that process to use the excess on another project! Watch starting at 3:00 in this video:

    Another question, what's with the floating bits in the main body stl??

    • @FLALabs
      @FLALabs  3 месяца назад

      I added those just to help the print not fail where the supports are tall and skinny. It was a "work around" that did the trick for me!

      @@FLALabs Oh ok, so they come out at the end anyway? Would you recommend normal or tree supports?

    • @FLALabs
      @FLALabs  3 месяца назад +1

      When I designed it, tree supports were not a thing. I haven't tried it that way yet. It was designed with normal supports In mind and prints well with them!

      @@FLALabs the 6mm is way too short, doesn't even come down below the top piece. I'll try with a 10mm.

    Seems like something nice to build for yourself or for a gift but seems like too much time and money to put into it if you were trying to sell online and make any kind of profit.

      Most of my projects turn out that way... I'm usually pretty happy with the result but WAY over budget!
