Can you make an updated tutorial for 2.8?

Thank you for taking the time to explain all this. Do you think the easiest way to make a new package would be to copy an existing package and just change all the meshes and batch rename everything? Or should it always be done from scratch? I don't have Graswald yet but it looks so good I will have to splurge for it soon.

If you already have your own assets, it is probably be easiest to start from scratch/by modifying your current files.
Copying and modifying an existing package works, but most packages already have a lot of extra stuff that could be annoying to deal with. Nevertheless, I would not discount playing with a package as a good handsdon't learning experience on structuring such a file neatly.

If you load the models into the current blend and group them, you can just use the Custom Species and select that group. Or you can do this tutorial on all the models.
