Any plans on updating it so it works with the most recent version of Blender?

Why can't I see scatter selected or add to scene etc. I can only see select terrain type? I've tried using different versions of gscatter and blender but i still can't see those buttons? I've made many plane after plane but still can't see it? If i click on the add environment it just makes a small plane that I can't edit. Any help on this??

i have blender 4.2 when i add a plant it doesn't show up why?

Undoubtedly one of the best tools to create realistic scene. It would be amazing if keyframe option or customize animation option can be added in the effect layer option.

Its does not work with several new versions of Blender, not every time when something goes free it's worth it, basically zero support and zero functionality.

Piece of trash and waste of my time. Why only support up to 4.0 when 4.2 has been out for ages already.

Funny, they made it FREE but BROKEN. It doesn't work on Blender 4.1 or 4.2 and some of the older versions. This video is also outdated making it confusing for first time downloaders. 👎👎👎👎

None of these features work for me in GScatter, I wanted to use it so much but basic things like wight paint don't work. I also have to go to nodes and mute some of the aspects in order to even see the scatter... without it it won't even show. This is a bad example of what happens when good software goes free and cannot support the maintenance anymore, sad to see that.

Thanks for making these great libraries available for free. Unfortunately they don't work on Blender 4.1. But I found a solution. You can also install the plug-in in Blender 4.0 and specify the same library save folder in the settings as in Blender 4.1. If you create your scene in 4.0, when you open it in Blender, everything will be visible!

Blender 4.1 here. Video heavily outdated. Scattering doesn't do anything just adds one instance of the selected object to the scene. Settings don't seem to do anything.

Uhm! This looks awesome! But for some reason I downloaded the last version and using Blender 4.0, and it seems to work but I don't see the plus and minus button to add a scatter system of other geometries that are not plant assets or are just external objects as in minute 3:16 with that cube. Is that something that has been removed or am I missing anything?

blender 4.1 is giving 0 instances no matter what.
