Another great interview. Marcus and Jasmine, you both seem to be really cool people, individually. Most importantly, you seem to get on well with each other. Yes, early on, the chemistry between you two may not be huge, but it's not the whole cake. In my opinion, it's good to be able to actually LIKE your partner, through getting to know them and building that friendship. Then over time, the chemistry will also grow.
