And her career in "Government contracting, but I help others," sounds scammy even though government contracting is a wonderful space to be in if you know how to navigate it. However, if overnight success is what she’s promising you have already been scammed because govt contacting is not set up to support those who think it’s gonna help their business achieve overnight success.

This setup is fine, but it can get better.
I propose the guys who pop their balloons on their own should move to the far right so that only the guys with the balloons are left right in the beginning of the line. This'll also help to reduce unnecessary extra movement by the girl and keep crossing over guys who have already popped their balloons.
After one set of guys have been asked why they popped their balloons their places should be fixed on the far right. So any new popped balloon guys would let the balloon guys move ahead in line and stand before the guys whose places are fixed.
Now when the girl pops the balloon i feel its best to ask her the reason then and there and then let the guy move towards the right.

That’s why it’s better to go outside and engage with people. 5-10 minutes of simple questions and judged off of looks is not enough to actually know if you like someone. @JAYWIL01 she probably means they own a house that more than likely has a tenant in it. The tenant is more than likely on section 8. Some ppl buy homes and will rent to section 8 because it's guaranteed money from the government, with a low amount paid directly from the tenant. Perhaps they agreed to a lease being up and then selling the home. When you own property with someone ,it's not cut and dry on getting rid of it. You both have to agree to sell or buy the other person out. Sounds like perhaps the ex fiance did something that they couldn't work through like cheating and she decided to walk away. They are just legally still tied together because of the rental property.

Funny thing is there's nothing wrong with being a waiter. A lot of very successful people have been waiters before. If he was more confident in himself and didn't add the extra serial investor, record label owner and entrepreneur shit, he would've looked a lot more genuine and presentable.
