I listened to this twice Sheila and i personally took a lot from it. One of my biggest takeaways was that i think ‘fear’ holds so many people back from achieving their full potential and it almost certainly did me in my teens and early 20’s .. that inner critic constantly telling myself i wasn’t good enough when i really was .. we all can be.. Very inspiring talk, keep up your amazing work !! Highly recommend anyone listening this one.
