I found her 3 powerful steps to inclusion thought-provoking: Humanize the unknown (be curious and learn about the other person); Find your commonalities (find out what you have in common - you'll likely discover surprising similarities and coincidences); and Celebrate the individual (acknowledge their hopes and dreams, and what makes them unique). Excellent talk, glad I watched it.
We need to take the time to make sure everyone is included, at home, in society and in the workplace, especially when we first bring people together, as you say
