I started to save others the trouble of calling me crazy when I began to believe it myself. For years I lived according to what others told me, then I woke up and began clearing my life of that toxicity. For one who never believed in themselves to become the outspoken person who stands up for those who are supressed came as a surprise for those I left behind, THEY say the CRAZY has spread hehe

I was called Crazy and Weird for so many decades. At age 51, I realized that being crazy or weird in the eyes of the public just means that I'm stepping outside of THEIR comfort zone and they don't understand it. It's all good. I'd rather be "crazy" and "weird" than "normal" (whatever that means). Normal is boring.

Nina w A simple routine it will change your life is to write down three things that you’re grateful for when you get up in the morning before you go to bed. When you do this take a few deep breaths and really breath in the gratitude to you heart and connect with it fully. At the same time eliminate News, email, and other online activity when you wake up and before you go to bed. Fill you first and last thoughts with gratitude and joy. It will make a huge difference.

Stress is fear. Fear is a reaction to the analysis of one’s position in the environment. Replacing negative thoughts in a bad situation with positive ones means agreeing with the winning side and taking the side of the negative. Changes in their thoughts / principles to the opposite, which is usually called "betrayal" in the common people. Only this can be a condition for positive thoughts in a negative situation. But for this woman it is more important to feel positive in any situation! If only to live longer and to achieve the goal, all means are good!

I actually don't feel it is about positivity but being purposeful. staying stuck in a negative or unproductive way of looking at things limits your potential and disempowers you. Seeing a side of things that helps you move on and move through something - to learn over regret for instance is being purposeful in my eyes not positive.

95% of the time we’re repeating the same thoughts 💭 Positive thoughts create positive results just as Negative thoughts create negative results. 👍🏼 So very true and most people are so convinced of their thoughts they cannot even see how they’re creating their reality. Instead they’re somehow happier being right despite creating their own miserable experiences. 😔 not to mention blaming Murphy’s Law which is fictitious.

I can totally confirm that working only on breathe is helping :) I am usually panicking in airplanes and that is the only thing making me calmer. I can be close to faint but once I am focusing on breathe it ALWAYS calming me down. Sometimes I am calmer than I think I should be in so short time :) It really works :)

It works fast on panic situation but not on anxiety which is slower and more subtle form
