Thanks for the message! The concept of "posture" has been around for a long time. However, you may be surprised to know that we don't actually have any good evidence to suggest that posture matters when it comes to pain and function. We would advise you not to worry about your posture --- just sit, stand and move in whatever ways feel comfortable to you. If you want to learn more, check out this article we wrote about posture which explores this idea in more detail - www.bemobilephysio.com.au/blog/does-posture-matter

These kind of things are tough! I have trouble when 1) my granddaughter wants me to get down on the floor and especially 2) when gardening and working low at ground level. No chair available to help in these situations most times! Perhaps getting better upper body strength will help🤞.
No worries! We have a great video to modify your push up movements so that you can strength your upper body. Take a look here: ruclips.net/video/w56fIaX3yUQ/видео.html
We have a great video for building neck strength and resilience. Take a look here: studio.ruclips.net/user/videoTpfN_fPkh34/edit Regards your shoulders, this is the video for you: ruclips.net/video/TViNeeHPLz8/видео.html

@@bemobilephysio Push-ups are difficult because one arm is almost at right angles because of arthritis and my wrists are also not able to bend back like the average person.
Thanks for tuning in! We certainly understand the challenge with the movement when you are dealing with wrist pain and other symptoms. One way you can modify this is to weight bear on the ground through handweights (if you have them available) or use of a vertical bar to pull from instead of a chair.
Thanks again for great advice. They were all doable for me❤😊

Useful exercise except when you have arthritis in the wrists and can't push up using your hands.
