    Please show older people actually doing this. I am a fit 76 year old but some of these are unrealistic for those of us with arthritic knees. Generally love your videos.

      Thanks for the comment. Our community members of all ages certainly perform these exercises in our programs but we of course instruct them to try the easier variation to start with. I understand that painful knees can inhibit some exercise so therefore using a chair for support or choosing an easier variation is key. I am glad you love our videos :)
