I integrate quite a few of these into my routines but must say only 1 thing missing none state to warm up with simple stretches etc before starting any exercise routine nor do the videos advise cooling down after with simple stretching. I'd always been advised to do both of these.

Thank you for the feedback! The warm-up should be kept succinct - only a few minutes, and once it's finished you should feel ready to immediately commence the higher intensity exercise of the session. General activity can be used to increase body temperature and heart rate, and specific preparation of exercise can also be included (e.g., performing modified/easy squats before performing harder squat variations).
Regards cool downs, current scientific evidence has shown them to be largely ineffective for reducing injury risk, post exercise soreness, stiffness, fatigue and improving recovery. It turns out that the body does a good job of returning to its normal resting state on its own without performing a specific routine after a workout. Having said this, if you enjoy performing some type of cool-down activity following your exercise session, then of course there is no harm in doing so!
