I love watching Tubers doing reaction Videos on ELO, it's the point that they realise they are watching true, everlasting talent and genuine greatness. The violinist is Rosie Langley, my long time, secret crush.
ELO is one remarkable group of talent and Jeff Lynne is a musical genuis. The live performance is just fire! Yes, the violinist is Rosie Langley who is not only one sensational violinist, but absolutely gorgeous. She has a sister too who is just as talented and soft on the eyes. God, I wish I was at the concert. It just appears such a beautiful atmosphere and it is clear that everybody in attendance loves ELO 😍
I was at that concert, Jeff was concerned that not many people would turn up, only 60,000 attended the concert!!!! It was incredible, he and the whole band sounded amazing, and to think he was 70 then.
1976, they played Myer Music Bowl in Melbourne, Australia. 16yo Me and the crew climbed up trees in the park to watch it and was blown away seeing a laser-light show. Have loved ELO ever since. Jeff Lynne does not disappoint.
All Jeff's songs are like nothing anybody else put out. They're classical, they are popular, they are Rockin Roll, they are bluesy and they all sound beautiful
Hello again from New Zealand! :) O man, are you guys in for a real treat! ELO is a one of a kind band from the 70's and 80's, and one of my all time favorites! They have such a different sound, it's just gorgeous to the senses! I have their LP's still, they're the studio version is well worth listening to! In case you didn't know, ELO stands for Electric Light Orchestra. They're legends! Love ELO :)
Watching both your reactions was brilliant. I'm a big elo fan so to see both your reactions really made my day . Absolutely loved this video of you both. 100 percent really enjoyed this. Keep up the good work 👏
You guys just made me laugh so hard tonight! Thank you, I needed that, too. Normally with ELO, I prefer the studio version. However, this one is worth it to be able to see that violinist, and the JOY in the crowd.
I had the privilege of seeing ELO live in 2019, it was incredible. The band has as much fun as the audience! I recommend reviewing Evil Woman from the same concert!
I am a very lucky man because I saw ELO in concert when I was eighteen in 1977 plus I was able to get tickets for this show when it came to the states and took my thirty five year old son who LOVES them like I do with me!
Watch the whole concert, they do not disappoint. Jeff Lynne co-wrote and co-produced some of Tom Petty's great music as well as being in the not too shoddy Traveling Wilburys together.
I was in the crowd at Wembley for this concert and it was amazing from start to finish. Glad you liked it as much as I did :) Sadly, the original keyboard player who had been with ELO for years had been taken ill, however, they didn't do a bad job in his absence! Wait till you hear 'Turn to stone' and 'Mr Blue Sky'...WOW what a night!
just think aswell they have sounded this good for allmost 50 years that is half a century and if you listen to their songs they are still as relevent today as they were back then.. i love ELO they have never made a bad song....
There's very few people that I would be a giddy, embarrassing fan girl with but Jeff Lynne is one of them. His musical genius is simply mind blowing. You can't go wrong with anything involving Jeff and ELO.
I'm pretty new here but I'm realizing so much of the Great Classic Rock & Prog bands from the late 1960s through the 1970s you guys haven't heard much of or none at all which truly "Amazes" me !! 😳 So as an old Prog & Rock "Baaastard" from Boston what music did you guys listen to !! ? 👍🎶🧐✌
I remember Living Thing by ELO, I met up with the girl of my dreams in November 1976, enaged in December and Married January 1977, really a great song,
@@jackgilchrist There's so much eye candy in this video that it skews your judgement. If you were to just listen to the audio of the original studio cut and the audio of this live performance, you'd agree that the original is better. Yes, the new band is terrific, and and Rosie and the girls on cello are great. But Jeff's voice is SOOO much better on the original, it's no contest. Even though his voice sounds really good here, it's still a far cry from what he used to sound like in his prime. Jeff hasn't had his "prime" voice since the 2001 Zoom concert.
John Lennon answerd in an interview the question: How would The Beatels sound by now if they didn't stop? Answer: probabily like ELO, he was a big fan...
Hey, they are remembering how beautiful it was back then. Our teen years when this was brand new. Even though we were hc LZ Purple Sabbath BÖC Aerosmith Queen Lou Reed Zappa Bowie Santana SAHB listeners we appreciated a good pop song when we heard one. What an era to be born in ❤
Just saw them, I’ve been to countless shows in different genres over 40 yrs and this was definitely among the top. It was all hits, the stage show, the freaking band and how good they sounded was just amazing.
One of my favorites of all time. He's retiring next June but his music will live on forever. I was sad to hear Tandy passed away. But he will also live on forever with Lynne.
Glad you like this elo group and I love this as there ain't no group s like this group sounds great like this one mate and Robbie is the best one for the songs live
Just subbed tonight your reaction too music is brilliant keep up the g8 work see my baby jive your reaction I glad came up on my feed glad it did have a good week cheers thanks
Thanks, guys! Notice that's an "older" crowd... like me.. I was a teenager when they were first popular on the radio... Jeff Lynne was and IS genius.. They know how to put on a show... right? also see Jeff with the Traveling Wilburys... appreciate your reactions...
Hey Suzi Q - don't sell yourself short, Rosie Langley (Violin) may be gorgeous and talented (virtuoso), BUT YOU ARE ALSO gorgeous and talented... & Travis is talented. (ha ha - he's also beautiful in his own special way)! Keep on Hunting them WolveZ.
I love watching Tubers doing reaction Videos on ELO, it's the point that they realise they are watching true, everlasting talent and genuine greatness. The violinist is Rosie Langley, my long time, secret crush.
Rosie is super fine and they are touring for the last time!
I get to see them in Chicago in September!
Jeff Lynne is brilliant
You have great taste sir.
ELO is one remarkable group of talent and Jeff Lynne is a musical genuis. The live performance is just fire! God, I wish I was at the concert. It just appears such a beautiful atmosphere and it is clear that everybody in attendance loves ELO 😍
Her Sister (Amy) is playing Cello on the left. All the Langley Sisters are talented and great singers as well.
I was at that concert, Jeff was concerned that not many people would turn up, only 60,000 attended the concert!!!! It was incredible, he and the whole band sounded amazing, and to think he was 70 then.
As a woman, I can say the hottest 70 year old I’ve ever seen 😂
@@penname5766I'm more a Brian May fan myself 😊, and he's nearly 80!
😅😅
The beautiful lady with the violin is Rosie Langley, a beautiful rose on stage.
1976, they played Myer Music Bowl in Melbourne, Australia. 16yo Me and the crew climbed up trees in the park to watch it and was blown away seeing a laser-light show.
Have loved ELO ever since. Jeff Lynne does not disappoint.
Feel good song, what an atmosphere and feeling… the world would be a duller place without the fantastic music from Gods own country England.🏴 🇬🇧
Totally agree! You have some FANTASTIC musicians in The U.K.!
I was there. Best concert I have ever witnessed. Out of this world!
The violinist is Rosy Langley, you can see her and her sister showing their talents here........the langley sisters boogie woogie
All Jeff's songs are like nothing anybody else put out. They're classical, they are popular, they are Rockin Roll, they are bluesy and they all sound beautiful
Love Rosie Langley ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
My dad was and still is a big elo fan all through my childhood he played them I'm 52 now still love them 👌

Jeff Lynne is so unassuming yet he creates these great songs with an entire orchestra behind him.
And he creates songs for other singers/musicians.
I was there for that concert at Wembley, and was the best night ever
I love seeing how happy the audience is ❤❤❤❤❤
I will be making memories to this one, for sure!! 😍😂
Saw them in the 70s, and again in 2019. still great!
Gotta Love ELO.Jeff Lynne could sing to me all day.Such a soothing tone to his voice.
There is no other band like them.
Watching both your reactions was brilliant.
I'm a big elo fan so to see both your reactions really made my day .
Absolutely loved this video of you both.
100 percent really enjoyed this.
Keep up the good work 👏
I am 80 years old and grew up listening to great music like this. would not trade a single second of my time to live in any other era. Rock on Dudes!
You guys just made me laugh so hard tonight! Thank you, I needed that, too. Normally with ELO, I prefer the studio version. However, this one is worth it to be able to see that violinist, and the JOY in the crowd.
The BEST FEEL GOOD Music ever written....Jeff ,a timeless Genious !
They put on a great concert. I saw them in 1979 from the nosebleed section. It was worth every penny!
you guys are cute!!!!! and funny i love your vidi's and suzi is a foxy mama❤
These guys are pretty good. Had two or three hits in the '70s if I can remember right
Next up by ELO hold on to your dream
This band had so many hits. Plus their work on the Xanadu soundtrack was gold.
Good song, good audience, and good reaction. Glad ya'll did this.
*evil Woman* otro hit desde ELO Jeff Lynne en Estadio Wembley.
Friends, me ha gustado mucho sus reacciones a este video Livin Thing. Muchas gracias!!
I've known this magnificent group since I was a lad,but WOW!!! That's MUSIC! 💯👍
I had the privilege of seeing ELO live in 2019, it was incredible. The band has as much fun as the audience! I recommend reviewing Evil Woman from the same concert!
Beauty AND talent ...Can't beat that combo !!

This was a HUGE hit in Australia when I was young. So many hits they had here!!!

Crazy crazy I know. But can you believe I got introduced to this song because of the ending of boogie nights 😂. Love love this song
This song is titled Living Thing.
Top band, many good memories
This band is mágical with amazing melodíes! Is a journey to different world of music and art
ITS A LIVING THING
Livin' Thing.

I use to listen to this song on headphone in the library in high school, memories 🤘😎🤘🎸🎸
ELO the best live band ever musically!❤❤❤
I cannot hear this music without feeling uplifted. It’s magical.

One to try.....Pink Floyd.....The turning away. A seriously beautiful song.
Jeff Lynn has no limits but he is surrounded by 1st class Musicians!💖
Jeff Lynn is useless; Jeff LYNNE is a musical genius however
I remember Living Thing by ELO, I met up with the girl of my dreams in November 1976, enaged in December and Married January 1977, really a great song,
Always loved this tune.
What crazy things you can do with your head/neck. Love it!
Great video, but you guys are in for a treat with the studio version.
It's arguable whether the studio version is actually better. The Wembley concert was a great performance and the road band absolutely top notch.

Just makes me smile.
A fun fun song that is great to sing along with friends! The whole album is fantastic!

Please keep going down this ELO dive, and definitely do studio recordings to!

It's like Kate Beckinsale on violin !! She is beautiful and talented

Just - I wish I could have been there.
Incredible band
Brilliant
Let's hear some love for Iain Hornal, one of the backing singers. He's a great singer in his own right. He's always smiley. Clearly loves his job.
Just subbed tonight your reaction too music is brilliant keep up the g8 work see my baby jive your reaction I glad came up on my feed glad it did have a good week cheers thanks

I absolutely love your face over “making memories tonight”. You guys are cool!
When this came out as a single the B side was also pretty interesting.....very dark, but wow!
You guys should listen to Grand Funk Railroads "Inside Looking Out" think you'll like it. Love ELO✌️
……every song they played that show was “Epic” Jeff Lynne 🔥❤️
We’ve been having this kind of fun since the 70’s.
Their albums in the 1970's were brilliant even the artwork look at the inside of Out Of The Blue.
Jeff Lynne and ELO is still going strong despite his age, another great group to watch and hear is pentatonix, their best hit is hallelujah
They remember our youth back in the seventies. It was magic.
I love Rosie Langley - Oh and ELO.
This band is Epic the music they made cannot be replicated absolutely timeless
They're sounding as good as they did 30 years ago.
It's Livin' Thing.
Oh now then you gotta do " Tightrope " ( studio version ) " Turn to stone " ( live version )
LIVING !!!!!!!!!!
this is one of the best records ever made full stop.
You gotta do Evil Woman live from the same concert.
Also you are seeing a 70 year old man making magic ELO was awesome band that was way ahead of its time
Wonderful was in crowd at Wembley - Jeff about same age as me 70+ forever young 🎉🎉🎉❤️❤️
The fantastic Rosie Langley on violin. Magic.
ELOs live version of Roll Over Beethoven rocks out.
This is the best!!!!
Getting the title Livin Thing would of been a great start
