Personally, 40 is the absolute BEST for a woman. We are at our prime in every way.
By the time we hit 50 we don’t care what ANYONE thinks about us at all. It’s freaking awesome! We are free to be ourselves and love ourselves and we know exactly who we are. The people around us are only people we love and value and trust and feel are worth our time and energy. If we are lucky enough to have a life partner they are clearly established as our Ride or Die. Life is good. No more unnecessary drama or anxiety over things that really don’t matter.
I’m 50 and I still feel 25 in many ways. I hope I always do.

I got told horror stories and that it’s all down hill from there HOWEVER I can honestly say my 30s have been the absolute best!! You just feel so much more secure in yourself I can’t even explain but you just care about irrelevant things anymore you literally don’t sweat the small stuff.
I can honestly say I hated my 20s looking back they were the worst years full of heart ache, insecurities, uncertainty. So far since being 30 I’ve met my soul mate, gotten engaged, got an amazing job, earning more money than I ever have, I have a few great and loyal friends and I’ve definitely had a glow up 😂😂 I am loving the 30s club for sure!!!!

Oh Kendall... When you talked about dreading going through Holly's clothes i INSTANTLY teared up. Nobody talks about those parts of motherhood. My husband literally had to do it the first time because i attempted to do it once, and started bawling my eyes out. Just like you i attach memories to a lot of his outfits. My husband was great though. We both had the same certain outfits that we REALLY loved, and he folded them nicely, and put them in a cute little box. FF another year 😫🥺 and just yesteday i had to toughen up, and purge through his clothes because he just turned TWO!!!! on 7/24 😭. They grow much to quickly. But, those things you were saying you were looking forward too at the toddler age; hearing him call me Momma, when i walk in the door, i get the happiest "ohhh mommaaaaa hiiiii mommaaaa" which totally melts my heart. And seeing his little but BIG personality start tl develop- it's all so bittersweet. I made a video for his birthday, and looking back at all his baby pictures? Oh man i was sobbing!! Especially the thousands of photos i have of him and our dog who passed away on March 24th... i haven't cried that hard i think in my whole life. Motherhood DEFINITELY isn't for the weak ❤

Like Karelly said, the roots, the fruit, the stems, etc. It won’t kill you. Dog shit probably will though 🫤😂 Times like that I wish yall could hear US 🤭

Josh and Kendall what a wonderful interview about your parenthood and relationship, growing up together basically. 🥹 what a lovely thing to share with your audience. It’s great to see yalls marriage flourish over the years. And it’s very beautiful to hear Josh say he loves being less selfish and putting his wife and daughter before himself. He is going to be a great male role model for his future son! (And for Holly to look up to as well)

I listen to The Sesh and Mile Higher every time you release a video, and I’m usually never one to comment. Just a listener as I go about my day, but something that Janelle just said (1:08:20ish) made me stop getting ready for the day and cry. “I would spit in my teachers face if she told me I got that wrong”…. 🥺😢😔
I taught elementary schools for 8 years before recently have to take leave due to a family tragedy. I also really enjoy math, but could never wrap my head around anything under the statistics umbrella of math (which includes all that probability type situations). I was really frustrated in college during my stats course because I knew I am usually good at math, but why doesn’t this question make any sense TO ME… However just because it didn’t make sense to me, didn’t mean that the answer is not true or ‘probable’ and I went to every single open office hour slot to try to allow my professor to answer every question I had and create visuals that slowly helped me kinda get it.
With everything happening within the school system currently, and the abuse from a lot of different angles that teachers are facing is wild. Having a platform can be powerful, and also cause harm. That statement hurt me because I don’t think I could ever just so casually say I would spit on someone. It would have to be something pretty awful that actually would cause real physical or mental harm to myself or someone I love. Not just because I don’t understand something…
Mistakes happen. Just try to reflect and grow from that moment. I really hope, just maybe, this message gets to the girls and they can see from my perspective how that casual (legally deemed a physical assault) comment can and has been taken.
I will still keep listening! Not understanding something can be frustrating. Anyways ✌🏼❤️🫶🏼

Third grade teacher here. Kendall actually got the expanded form question correct. It would be 7000+300+80+9. What you read is actually expanded notation, which would be (7x1000)+(3x100)+(8x10)+(9x1). I think I got all of these right except for the Antelope Canyon thing. We didn't learn that in the midwest. :P

I live in Sweden, and we have this tradition called "Lucia train", based upon the legend of saint Lucia. The train is being led by a girl wearing a crown with candles on it, and after her comes the "maids" wearing leaf crowns or silver glitter in their hair, and the "star boys" wearing what looks like a dunce hat with stars on it. Dunce hat is actually a thing here too, called "dumstrut", and some guys complain they need to wear a dunce hat for Lucia every December.

3:07 I don’t know if this applies to babies/toddlers, but one sleep cycle is 90 minutes (or an hour and a half) so you can plan to wake up at the end of that cycle and feel more rested/awake. Hi Ladies! Y'all are the best! My favorite time of parenting is birth-2. We have 9 kids (from 16yr-30yr now because I'm old at 52😂.) I like to call that the honeymoon phase of parenting. Next comes tantrums and opinions. Then parents are dumb because teacher knows everything. Then it's fun again until the terrible teens start. Hormones make it like the terrible 2s all over again with louder voices and bigger bodies. It's really a balance between "I'm big now and can do it myself" and "mommy/daddy do." They fight for independence "me do" but are a bit scared and want you right there but not in their way. Love hearing you guys being real and laughing together, and enjoy the balance between the sesh and the true crime. Keep up the great work ❤
