It's easier to cut the tops off the chili's first while they are dry then remove the seeds then put them in the air fryer without the oil, after put them in a pot with a lid.....the skin peels off super easy and the chili presentation is much better it won't be messy and falling apart

I do 375 for 10 min then flip & do another 10 min

What kind of peppers?
I use poblano but hatch green chile is best. Only when not in season i use the poblano
