You don't seem to understand what "unresponsive" means. Almost everything you do involves TOUCHING A RESPONSIVE SCREEN.

THANK YOU! Had my I 7 256 gig for >a year , the screen has gone black past 3 hrs, wanted to reboot but was using the old way. tried volume and wake/sleep button together and shut down on a dime!
now fingers crossed that after I let it cool a bit it will come back to me bright and visible on the reboot
Thanks for the upload, iphone 8 gold was tripping where the screen didn't respond to my touch . I just held power and volume down till phone turned off. And when it came on it worked fine since then.

I left the phone on the car seat here in Brazil. You could fry an egg on it - but it cooled down. Then came the touchscreen problem. I rebooted as suggested here without much success. Behaved erratically and even if I could input my password the screen wouldn't slide. I cleaned the protector as best I can with a microcloth and noticed an improvement. It began to seem that the problem was the protection screen and its 'sit' on the screen below. And so it was. I applied maximum manual pressure when wiping it again and then the screen became active again. Heat - separation and whatever bond or adhesion is involved. Five hours after the episode I was up and going and back from despair. Thanks for the excellent video.

MY TIP: If you have a used iPhone, or have had your screen replaced, the problem might be a bad aftermarket screen. I suggest you get it replaced or get an oleophobic screen protector ;)

Thank you very much! I was able to click and scroll through everything but could not tap on anything within my phone area, so could not make calls or delete calls missed ETC. Did clear the storage and Got rid of some unused apps my iPhone se, works fine now.

Hi Cult of Mac! I am wondering if tempered glass could also affect the performance of a phone, there are times that users who are into games (like me) pushes the screen harder making the screen to ghost touch. It may not seem like it is a ghost touch but when you try to slide your fingers from different parts of the screen, it is working. I'll try it myself with my iPhone 5 (with tempered) since it has an unresponsive screen at times and is the only Apple device I own😂😂

My iPhone 7 sometimes the screen is freeze or unresponsive when I’m do something before. It is unresponsive after 1-2 minutes after I used my iPhone. So, I do power off and then power on it again. It’s back to normal again but after 1-2 minutes later it’s freeze again. Can you explain about this problem? Please.

Kayla Marie find the problem first. And the problem was on the digitizer, some digitizer is not precision on its place because the iphone have been down. So, if the problem is it you can open the pcd and fix the digitizer on the place to make it precision again.

I dropped my phone and cracked the screen, my dad's friend replaced my screen with one I ordered offline, but since I got it back my screen has been fridgety, clicking things I don't wanna click, calling people, and clicking random things, how do i fix that?
Yeah I had that happen but I broke it after hitting a big ass jump and landing on my phone in my pocket so I probably damaged something internally

There is an enormous problem with iOS where when you close your phone when any app is open, (the home screen dosen’t do this) you cant turn on the phone for upwards of 5 minutes later. Is there any way to fix this?
I noticed recently that when it is frozen the screen is still on just nearly pitch black. Even when all the lights are out it’s hard to see but often when this bug occurs the screen still shows whatever app it’s on. Then after it finally comes back on it dose what ive dubbed the seizure and the screen flashes on and off extremely rapidly sometimes even resulting in my background turning black. Any ideas on how to fix this? It happens every single time on my iPhone.

Laura Noeum first u need to drain ur battery into 0 . Then put ur charger until its on (ur phone will work normally) but do not lock ur phone. In that momment go remove ur password and turn off "find my iphone" so u can put ur phone into laptop/pc and start downgrade ur phone

I’m having touch problems with my iPhone se. if I swipe on my home screen to the right it shows me Siri app suggestions. And my touch if I want to select something it selects something else. I did’t even drop my phone!

Same here too. Screen responce is sticky and sometimes it dont need touch to click. Been that from new. Locking and unlocking remowes rhe problem for a few seconds.
When he says 6 or 6+ it works with se and anything under the 6

it should not that is just for protection of the screen you should be fine but if you drop your phone it will be able to be damaged easier.

same, my iphone 5 responds if i leave it for 5 minutes but it only responds for like 20 seconds and then it stops working again so i dant do any of these.
With the new update, iPhones need to be unlocked in order to access and download any information off of the phone. What do I do if I can’t even unlock it?

My iPhone se just started getting a glitchy screen randomly, it’s not cracked at all but the screen is a little bit popping up on the top right side but not as much, maybe this could be the reason it’s glitching out sometimes? Tim Anderson I could fix the issue. I let phone battery drained and switched off automatically. Then charged again and switched ON. now the issue is not there
@@amitwelde2679 if it’s a iphone 10+ then press up and down volume fast then hold power button. Hold it till the Apple logo pops up.
