To enter ur passcode tell Siri to turn “Voiceover”
Then type on a number and swipe left/right to the numbers you want to type 👍🏽

If all else doesn't work for you, it's most likely that the internal hardware has been damaged and you need to take your phone to Apple Service Center for repair.

I’ve tried 3 videos now it worked for a short amount of time and then it stoped responding I don’t know what to do know.

If you phone get wet, the internal component should also be wet and doesn't work. Your best bet is to take it to Apple Service Center for repair.

If you see there's an indicator turning red, it means the phone is water-damaged. If the indicator is white or silver, then it's normal and there might something wrong with the system software or the screen. You can back up your content and then use iOS System Recovery tool's advanced mode to fix all the potential software errors. If it fails, the screen may be at fault and take it to Apple Support Center to get it examined.

If a force restart doesn't help, and you can't access your phone, you need to borrow a computer from your friends to reinstall iOS by using iOS System Reocvery at 2:29 or using iTunes or Finder at 4:05.
