How to Cook: Fish Fillet in Garlic and Tomatoes l Foodie Avenue

    Sharing to you another easy fish recipe, that you can have for lunch, for dinner, or any time of the day.
    1. Season fish fillet (here I used Nile perch) with salt and pepper.
    2. Heat oil in a pan, and cook the fillets for 3-5 mins on each side. Once cooked, set aside.
    3. In the same pan, saute minced garlic (1 head garlic).
    4. Add around 250 grams of cherry tomatoes, handful of chopped parsley, 1/2 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
    5. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
    6. Add back cooked fillets. Spoon sauce over the fish.
    7. Serve and enjoy!
