    Salt amply applied to both sides of the fish; then salt amply added to the breading. Then, the fish is sprinkled with flour, both sides. Finally, it is dipped in the salted batter and fried. A healthful fish is coated with refined flour and lots of salt to produce a brown jacketed, salty, oil soaked carb-booster. You don't need to be a chef to do that; you just need to be reckless about what you eat!

    Новое открытие Америки! Такой скудный ужин, мне жаль вашу семью! Это тот самый случай, когда много движений, и никаких достижений!!!

      Почему же не накормить семью? Если на гарнир ещё картофельное пюре, вполне полноценный обед!

    Fresh haddock is wonderful fish . I like your recipe . Only thing I would do is add some corn meal to your batter . This is the way my father and I have breaded fresh lake Erie perch and white bass that we caught all our lives . This method of batter is good for any quality white fish . Fresh walleye is another great fresh water white fish .

      Was it safe to eat fish from Lake Erie?

    • @pk2712
      @pk2712 9 месяцев назад

      It is safe , and has been safe for many years . Back in the 50s and 60s , factories had lake Erie pretty polluted ; but , those factories and bad practices are long gone . I was born in 1963 ; so , by the time I was old enough to fish Lake Erie was pretty clean . Back in the 70s and 80s , you could catch many fish .The problem now is over fishing . @@eb1684

      I know that lake Erie has a bad reputation . Once you get a bad reputation , it is hard to get rid of .@@eb1684
