Yes! List the ingredients at the START of your videos. Great recipe. Prepared it today, 9/3/22, and it was delicious. I didn’t cook the fillets as long as you suggested because for me that would have over cooked the fish. At a medium high temp, I cooked them for no more than 3.5 minutes per side. This will produce a nice sear. When you remove the fish to prepare the sauce, the fish will continue to cook. Delicious.

When you took the fish out and added the honey, that honestly gave me a lightbulb moment 💡 💭 I’ve always had trouble focusing on my sauce because all the recipes I watched mix it with the fish frying at the same time… that is too much going on for my brain, so thank you for showing me a different way! 💕🤗

Like many of you I like to have an actual printed recipe. I created this so I could try it. Hopefully this will help. I corrected a couple of the amounts (Old Bay and unsalted butter) to match what she said in the video: For dry ingredient rub, mix: 1 tsp seasoned salt 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried parsley 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp ground black pepper Coat filets with oil and then dry rub and set aside In a pan, heat 2 tbsp. unsalted butter and drizzle with additional oil. Place filets in pan and cook until desired doneness. Remove filets and set aside. To the pan add: 1-2 tsp old bay 1/4 cup honey Mix honey and Old Bay thoroughly into pan, then place filets back in pan. Use the sauce to baste the filets as you bring them back up to serving temperature.
Thank you for this recipe !! I substituted parsley with Oregano (didnt have my car to grab parsley from the store) I also substituted the butter with coconut oil. I also rubbed coconut oil on my salmon rather than olive oil. I find olive oil to be kind of heavy, whereas coconut is light. It turned out so well!!! How foods are prepared is totally subjective and it evolves over ones life. In my opinion the delicate and incredible flavors from fresh salmon should be protected. Salmon is an extremely healthy food as well. This element too should be protected. Last week I ordered salmon in a nice restaurant and it was cooked using hot pieces of hickory and pecan wood. A simple coating of olive oil and butter with a touch of pepper was used. The salmon took on a golden color and the edges of the salmon had a perfect rim of char that added a delicious smoke taste to each bite. The center was lightly pink. I don't think I have ever enjoyed any meal more than I did this salmon. The question now is how do I duplicate it at home. I respect totally that everyone's taste is different and if creative sauces are needed for eating something as healthy as salmon os ok. I love your obvious love and creative style. I have recently discover Old Bay seasoning and has become one of my favorites. Mrs Dash original makes everything taste better in my opinion and without salt!

Ladies and gentlemen I tried this cooking method and it was fantastic Eyebrows raised, thumbs up, cooked in under 15 min. Oh yes quick do not walk away from the stove the salmon and rice are so sensitive to temperature. Had to pull salmon off grill twice to slow it down because it was cooking too fast Had to rice once to slow down. Other that fantastico

It was really really good, on my third attempt. Maybe I'm just a bad cook, but for me it needed to be lower then medium high heat because the honey sauce just kept burning. But nonetheless, it was so satisfying when I finally figured it out and got it right.

This is how you ruin salmon… this “cook” is essentially killing all the salmon taste. Why bother eating salmon if you eat it like this…
