1 thing that stood out to me towards the end of this particular session was your last statement re: trying to continue a consciousness, both internally and externally simultaneously...excellent.
This is the first time practicing this meditation for me. It was PERFECT as I needed a quick one before meeting up with family to go to a fair. This enabled me to calm myself, bring peace and calm to both my inner and, outer self. Thank you SO much, Sarah, for bringing such peace and, mindfulness into my life✨🌹
Each day after lunch my class is meditating. I would love of you could do a 10 minute meditation for kids in their school day..perhaps Cos could do it as its more powerful when they hear their peers.. I teach grade 2. Love and namaste from Canada.

While it is challenging at times, I continue to stick with the practice. I am teaching my 10 year old daughter and have her join me as often as she is willing. Not sure that's such a good idea. Meditation can be dangerous for your soul if you don't have your heart and mind guarded by God. It would be better to teach them about His unconditional love and how to love others.

They all are how I'm spending my new time at home during these challenging times. Thank you again for helping me stay calm, focused and exchanging positive habits and thinking in place of negative habits.
I am starting again to meditate because I quit thinking that it's not necessary for me and I don't have enough time. Well, that's not true, I forgot take care for my body and my mind and today with this meditation I can feel how many I need, and I miss this.
I forgot to close my window before meditating....I heard crows squawking, cars, airplanes, and Sara’s voice. I tried hard to stay focused on breath. Next time I’ll remember to close my window. Haha. A lesson on balancing my internal and external world in the Present Moment??!!🧐🧐🧐❤️🙏🥰

I have ADHD. This - and basically all - such meditations just irritate me, makes me want to jump and kick and box around, it just does not work. I have no idea if this is a stage l should push through or this kind of meditation is not for me.

It'll be better if there are silent moments for 30 seconds or 1 or 2 mins atleast. In most of the meditation videos, you soeak a lot.
Forwago plans really helped me achieve progress on my physical and mental well-being. You should check it out. It might help you too.

Why are there commersials at the END of it? :( the jingles come unexpected and are a lot louder then your lovely recordings.
And i understand that commercials are necesary but if you can please put them before the meditation!

The feelings I got when I reconnected with the outside world I felt anxiety and tension ... And then you disappeared... That was disappointing.
Don't promote this video as "Reduce Stress and Anxiety." It's more of an intro to meditation and breathing. Very disappointing.
