I've been dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety lately. My mind just wouldn't calm down. then I also started having sleep paralysis. so I decided to do some meditation. a whole new world has opened up for me. Meditation makes me feel so much better. I used to listen to rain sounds and white noise at night. But this is so much better. I sleep even faster and it makes me feel calm and good. THANK YOU for these amazing videos!

I’ve had a lot of anger built up because of my constant anxiety attacks. Feels like my emotions have been getting the greater part of me. This was my first guided meditation and the feeling I got was genuinely indescribable. Thank you so much. I’m not even completely sure why but I teared up during the process. Felt incredibly needed.

I loved this meditation, I've been struggling with anxiety for two years and this meditation made me feel so good! Thanks. ❤
Meditation is just the tip of the iceberg. We can do more to actually manage our stress and anxiety outside of the common strategies like excercise and time management. For example, if one were to feel stressed at school, we can ask why we are feeling stressed. Is it because of a fear of failure, worrying about what others think of us getting bad marks, were we taught that doing excellent at school leads to success? If those are what creates stress and anxiety, we can challenge those core beliefs by figuring out where those beliefs came from and disputing those beliefs. We can dispute those by saying to ourselves, "my worth as a person does not come from how well I do in school. It comes from my existence." I no longer fear getting "bad" marks because I don't attach my worth on what I can or cannot do. And if someone is concerned about my grades, I can have a conversation with that person and give them a new perspective.

I love these videos, but it would help if the voice was a little quieter because it jolts me when I’m listening to the music. It’s like the voices too loud.
I agree with affirming that we are safe. However, I do not believe it to be beneficial to focus on what it is we want. Wishing for something to be the way that we wanted to be invites expectations in control. Expectations lead to resentment, which can cause more anxiety.
So nothing to expect? Just enjoy what we've gotten? Want to find out true value.
