    The body cannot absorb adequate Vit D3 levels
    without adequate Vit K1 & K2 in the mix

      D3 is what I was prescribed to take as my levels got very low. I believe you need to take it with milk as it's fat soluble. I've also learned D3+K2 helps it to be absorbed even more. ✌️🫂

      Check out Clive de carle and Patrick Holford, also check out G Baldwins &co. Evolution organics UK. Cod liver oil is a good one to start with. Get outside for 20 mins every day, the sun is the best source of vitamin D and that's free.

      The best vitamin D or any vitamins are found in fresh foods. Eat foods for vitamin D such as eggs, oily fish - such as salmon, sardines, herring mackerel.
      red meat
      liver
      •Swiss chess
      •White mushrooms, fortified foods - such as some fat spreads and breakfast cereals, oatmeal etc :)

      Vit D should be taken in the morning during breakfast , till 11 am
