Pls recommend the which brand of vitamin d is good
D3 is what I was prescribed to take as my levels got very low. I believe you need to take it with milk as it's fat soluble. I've also learned D3+K2 helps it to be absorbed even more. ✌️🫂

The best vitamin D or any vitamins are found in fresh foods. Eat foods for vitamin D such as eggs, oily fish - such as salmon, sardines, herring mackerel.
