I truly believe this because I am 75 years old. My 2 younger sisters are mostly bald. I have a full head of hair. I believe it is because my entire life I have had a habit of massaging my head nearly every day to relieve stress. This is the first time I heard that massage is good for your hair.

Applying natural oils for scalp massages actually works in hair fall reduction. Oils such as coconut, onion, and rosemary can be especially good. I combine a few drops of rosemary oil with my liitllleextra cocconion hair oil, shampoo, and this really helped in getting good hair growth.

You can tell by the smell that it contains key ingredients like coconut, rosemary, onion, and fenugreek. What sets this product apart is that it has significantly reduced my hairfall and make my hair thicker than ever. This hair oil is essential.

Yeah, this definitely works. I've been trying the reactivate hair serum by liittllexttra, and it's effective. My hair has grown, especially in areas where I've had persistent issues. Along with aloe and amla, the serum is the new addition to my hair routine that has finally shown results after years of trying different oils. Additionally, at the end of the week, instead of throwing away the tea leaves, I use them as a hair rinse during my weekly wash routine.

And the reason that works I believe is because if you notice when people start to lose their hair their skin starts to tighten to their skull. Which I believe cuts off nutrients cuts off oxygen blood supply. So by doing what this guy's doing you're essentially loosening the scalp skin. I'm not bald but I have peaks on the sides and that is where my skin is the tightest so I try to massage that with this method.

Lemme give u natural recipe, which used to help many people, dunno about long run help but it may help according to testimonies.
      Ingredients:
15 tablespoons of finely chopped nettle leaves
      5 tablespoons of chamomile flowers
300 ml of wine vinegar ( 6% acidity)
      Steps:
      1. In 1.2 liters of boiling water, add nettle (I used nettle tea).
      2. Leave it covered for 2 hours off the stove.
      3. After 2 hours, heat the water and nettle again, but do not let it boil.
      4. Remove the pot from the stove, add chamomile (I used dried flowers), immediately cover it, and leave it for 2 hours.
      5. Then strain the mixture and add wine vinegar. Mix well.
      6. Apply the lotion to your hair every other evening and gently massage it in.
It is also recommended to clean a clove of garlic, cut it in half, and rub it onto the scalp, just before lotion application. Lotion should stay for a while on your scalp, for example during night, and then you can wash your hair in the morning.
This is for hair loss stop and can also promote hair growth.
Use glass bottle, it would be good to keep it refrigerated in my opinion.
Second recipe is for promotion of hair growth:
Clean and peel 41 cloves of garlic and put them in 2 dl of rakija (vodka can probably be used as a substitute for rakija). Close it tightly (preferably in a small jar) and let it sit for 21 days (but it can be used after 15 days). Before washing your hair, thoroughly wet your scalp and leave it on (for an hour, two, three, or however long you have at that moment), then rinse your hair well. This mixture has a strong unpleasant smell, but the results are great.
You can use a cotton pad or a cotton cloth to apply the lotions, even use one after another at the same time, so they can act synergistically. Apply a small amount of lotion to the pad and gently massage it into your hair and scalp.
Play a little bit, find what is best for you.

I also heard that avocado strengthens and grows hair - take a soft avocado that has already turned black... take some, put it in a glass, crush it with a fork until it becomes powdery, and apply it to bald spots, then massage it for 5 minutes and leave it on your head for another quarter of an hour and wash it off with water but without soap, leave it on The fatty acids of the avocado in the hair like this 3 times a week, I heard it does wonders for the hair.

I’ve been massaging my scalp for only a minute 1 or 2 max 2 to 3 times a week over the last 6 weeks and unless my eyes deceive me I have lots of new thick dark hairs growing along my hairline. I have an oily scalp, and doing scalp massages for even more than 45 seconds makes it worse, causing excess sebum production as it stimulates the Sebaceous glands. Does this outweigh the benefits of increased blood flow, and could it even accelerate hair loss by spreading DHT through the sebum,as I've heard the excess sebum carries DHT in it? Should I continue with the massages..as the massages are only useful when done for longer periods like for 5 minutes a day also I've been losing some hair after the massage..I've just started to do it

Keep these coming, very often we hear things about hair/scalp/hair loss from marketers or someone who isn’t a specialist and it’s nice to know the real deal from a hair specialist perspective. I’ve bought one of your hair serums Nutra M for androgenic alopecia and laser helmet ⛑. Hope it works.

I don't think there's a point of massaging the scalp for more than one or two minutes, as the aim is to loosen its tightness and thus let blood circulation bring over more oxygen and nutrients.

Exercise is key! although not the key for every door to a full head of hair! but, if what this doctors says is true then it's all about blood supply to the scalp. that's the whole reason for the scalp massage... it's for blood supply to the area which is and leads to a Fuller head of hair. I think though that will benefit you but not directly! how will it benefit you then you ask? Well when you exercise you sweat, although you can do this by just going into a sauna and sweating... the blood flow racing to your scalp will give you an itch on your scalp, automatically you want to scratch that itch, when you do it feels so good! Especially when your head is wet with sweat and warm with hot blood going inside of your scalp. you will see that you will start to vigorously massage your head don't scratch! Just grab your head tightly with the palms of your hands! and start rubbing your head, but I mean rub your head hard!!! you will begin to feel a tingle go down the back of your head to your shoulders... also to your ears, you will even rub your forehead which is good because you'll get that youth hair line back! but like I said! it's only a key to one door. it will definitely not open all doors! it's when you combine all of the keys together, that you begin to see fast results! I hope you take to this challenge! and I hope you achieve it. thank you! and good luck.

Does this work for androgenetic alopecia too? I have Androgenetic Alopecia and I think I see alittle improvement from this from a week of doing this. Also, I bought your leave on melatonin treatment. Unfortunately, it has niacin in it and that made my rosacea worse. Can you make it without niacin and it would still work?

"A more recent and larger survey showed that, of the 327 participants who massaged their scalp from 11 to 20 minutes per day for approximately 6 months, 68.9 percent reported stabilization in hair loss and regrowth. The results were similar in all ages and genders, but those with overall hair loss, rather than specific areas of thinning, showed slightly less improvement."
