I truly believe this because I am 75 years old. My 2 younger sisters are mostly bald. I have a full head of hair. I believe it is because my entire life I have had a habit of massaging my head nearly every day to relieve stress. This is the first time I heard that massage is good for your hair.
How long every day did you massage your head?
Do you do skul message or scalp massage??
Whenever I am stressed or tired. I guess it is scalp because I move the scalp.
Thanks for replay

This man risked his hairstyle to demonstrate how to massage the scalp correctly.

Applying natural oils for scalp massages actually works in hair fall reduction. Oils such as coconut, onion, and rosemary can be especially good. I combine a few drops of rosemary oil with my liitllleextra cocconion hair oil, shampoo, and this really helped in getting good hair growth.
The liittlextra coocconion hairoil has changed my haircare game. It features a fantastic herbs. You can tell by the smell that it contains key ingredients like coconut, rosemary, onion, and fenugreek. What sets this product apart is that it has significantly reduced my hairfall and make my hair thicker than ever. This hair oil is essential.
Fake accounts. Do not buy.
Yeah, this definitely works. I've been trying the reactivate hair serum by liittllexttra, and it's effective. My hair has grown, especially in areas where I've had persistent issues. Along with aloe and amla, the serum is the new addition to my hair routine that has finally shown results after years of trying different oils. Additionally, at the end of the week, instead of throwing away the tea leaves, I use them as a hair rinse during my weekly wash routine.
I’m applying reactivvate hair serum and cocoonion hair oil. I’m using the oil two times a week and the serum every day. I’m experiencing positive hair growth results.
It even feels BETTER!!!! THANK YOU DOC.
It is a very effective method and one that most people do not know about. The main cause of hair loss is tension in the scalp rather than the DHT hormone.
This is completely false. It’s related to decreased blood flow, not “tension”. Please don’t spread misinformation.
@@ramieal-hazar2438 The reason for the lack of blood flow is scalp tension.
@@ramieal-hazar2438 same thing. chronic hypoxic inflammation. testosterone converts to dht in low oxygen
@@ramieal-hazar2438 It's related. The decreased blood flow is BECAUSE of tension.
@@ramieal-hazar2438 Literally same thing. Get ratio'd.
And the reason that works I believe is because if you notice when people start to lose their hair their skin starts to tighten to their skull. Which I believe cuts off nutrients cuts off oxygen blood supply. So by doing what this guy's doing you're essentially loosening the scalp skin. I'm not bald but I have peaks on the sides and that is where my skin is the tightest so I try to massage that with this method.
this is called calcification of scalp. Head massages can slow the process of balding for a great extent I've done it and I can assure you this much. Combine it with a derma roller and an essential oil before hair wash.
@@vishnuram1811 oil before or after derma roll? so do you think massage will help?
@@hirrorstories oil after dermaroller so that the hair follicles open up quite good. And yeah scalp massages should be done after applying the oil when is very important so that it spreads to every follicle.
@vishnuram _1811🌠 thank you❤️❤️
Male pattern baldness is caused by DHT’s effect on the hair follicles…
It works , thanks doc. My hair was getting thin and my hairline was going back but it's thicker now and hair is growing back in the areas I lost it.
Hi. May I ask how long you have been doing this before you noticed a difference? Thank you
You being foreal? This is giving me hope
@@He_Calls_Me_Pnutdid you do this and is that works .. and if you answer tysm !!
@Sparkling.angel1 It's a long process. Nothing happens right away. It's been a few weeks for me. My hair isn't falling out like it was, and it seems to be growing a little faster. So it works but you have to do it.
When did you started?
I searched exactly what I was looking for!!! I’m gonna do this everyday. I’ve been eating lots of mangoes, walnuts, and taking omega 3 and zinc and multivitamins daily. Hopefully I see results.

Lemme give u natural recipe, which used to help many people, dunno about long run help but it may help according to testimonies.
Ingredients:
15 tablespoons of finely chopped nettle leaves
5 tablespoons of chamomile flowers
300 ml of wine vinegar ( 6% acidity)
Steps:
1. In 1.2 liters of boiling water, add nettle (I used nettle tea).
2. Leave it covered for 2 hours off the stove.
3. After 2 hours, heat the water and nettle again, but do not let it boil.
4. Remove the pot from the stove, add chamomile (I used dried flowers), immediately cover it, and leave it for 2 hours.
5. Then strain the mixture and add wine vinegar. Mix well.
6. Apply the lotion to your hair every other evening and gently massage it in.
It is also recommended to clean a clove of garlic, cut it in half, and rub it onto the scalp, just before lotion application. Lotion should stay for a while on your scalp, for example during night, and then you can wash your hair in the morning.
This is for hair loss stop and can also promote hair growth.
Use glass bottle, it would be good to keep it refrigerated in my opinion.
Second recipe is for promotion of hair growth:
Clean and peel 41 cloves of garlic and put them in 2 dl of rakija (vodka can probably be used as a substitute for rakija). Close it tightly (preferably in a small jar) and let it sit for 21 days (but it can be used after 15 days). Before washing your hair, thoroughly wet your scalp and leave it on (for an hour, two, three, or however long you have at that moment), then rinse your hair well. This mixture has a strong unpleasant smell, but the results are great.
You can use a cotton pad or a cotton cloth to apply the lotions, even use one after another at the same time, so they can act synergistically. Apply a small amount of lotion to the pad and gently massage it into your hair and scalp.
Play a little bit, find what is best for you.

Did the massage help? :)
God bless. I just watched Mr. English talk about botox injections in the scalp for relaxation and it leading to amazing hair growth results, and that he actually did it for himself and it worked. Of course the immediate question is, "relaxation, so what about massages?" He began talking about that immediately... but didnt mention technique. Thank you for showing the effective technique
As someone who is nearing their 40s and has a receding fringe, Im going to try this every day for 3 times a week. I started and immediately, you could feel the circulation in your head, a warm feeling, but it feels soo good! Going to make this a habit and see if I get any results!
So how's it so far?
@@noctisora1509 well, I would say, its still early, but I do notice my hair is a little more thicker on the fringe and on the top. But more than that, the feeling of massaging your head, through the scalp over skull method, feels good

Hey friends, I hope you understand me because I'm using google translate...anyway, from what I know, fish gelatin grows hair - you just need to take fish gelatin powder, put it in a glass, pour a little water on it, until the water goes through the powder, mix a little, wait 5 minutes and then mix again and make coffee or tea and drink every day. I also heard that avocado strengthens and grows hair - take a soft avocado that has already turned black... take some, put it in a glass, crush it with a fork until it becomes powdery, and apply it to bald spots, then massage it for 5 minutes and leave it on your head for another quarter of an hour and wash it off with water but without soap, leave it on The fatty acids of the avocado in the hair like this 3 times a week, I heard it does wonders for the hair.
Thank you ❤
@@FEMMESICAL make sure that this might not work for all people. Even the gold standard fin/min doesn't work for few people.
I have thick hair but my hairline was starting to recede. I’ve been massaging my scalp for only a minute 1 or 2 max 2 to 3 times a week over the last 6 weeks and unless my eyes deceive me I have lots of new thick dark hairs growing along my hairline. I’m shocked, how is that possible at 63 yrs of age? Is it really that easy? Personally it has worked better for me than propecia or minoxidil which I had used a few years ago but had no affect on my hairline.
Veey nice

I just did circular movements, and I noticed some new short baby hairs growing. I didn't want that I wanted my existing hair to grow long faster.
I have an oily scalp, and doing scalp massages for even more than 45 seconds makes it worse, causing excess sebum production as it stimulates the Sebaceous glands. Does this outweigh the benefits of increased blood flow, and could it even accelerate hair loss by spreading DHT through the sebum,as I've heard the excess sebum carries DHT in it? Should I continue with the massages..as the massages are only useful when done for longer periods like for 5 minutes a day also I've been losing some hair after the massage..I've just started to do it
..is this normal?
Wow this is such a great method! Other methods were causing me to tangle my hair while massaging!
Glad it was helpful!

@@xXPIEATERXx Ya, tbh I think he said 1 minute just to please people online. Ive never seen a study that low time. like not even close
I don't think there's a point of massaging the scalp for more than one or two minutes, as the aim is to loosen its tightness and thus let blood circulation bring over more oxygen and nutrients.
Exercise is key! although not the key for every door to a full head of hair! but, if what this doctors says is true then it's all about blood supply to the scalp. that's the whole reason for the scalp massage... it's for blood supply to the area which is and leads to a Fuller head of hair. I think though that will benefit you but not directly! how will it benefit you then you ask? Well when you exercise you sweat, although you can do this by just going into a sauna and sweating... the blood flow racing to your scalp will give you an itch on your scalp, automatically you want to scratch that itch, when you do it feels so good! Especially when your head is wet with sweat and warm with hot blood going inside of your scalp. you will see that you will start to vigorously massage your head don't scratch! Just grab your head tightly with the palms of your hands! and start rubbing your head, but I mean rub your head hard!!! you will begin to feel a tingle go down the back of your head to your shoulders... also to your ears, you will even rub your forehead which is good because you'll get that youth hair line back! but like I said! it's only a key to one door. it will definitely not open all doors! it's when you combine all of the keys together, that you begin to see fast results! I hope you take to this challenge! and I hope you achieve it. thank you! and good luck.
Brilliant aspiring comment. Thank you for posting. I hope you know how much you're post means to me. Hope you succeed further in whatever it is your doing. Thank you again😊

Should i do this massage in seborrheic dermatitis or scalp inflammation
"A more recent and larger survey showed that, of the 327 participants who massaged their scalp from 11 to 20 minutes per day for approximately 6 months, 68.9 percent reported stabilization in hair loss and regrowth.
